This Starbucks inside the Target at Escondido Mall has got to be the worse location in Southern California. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They are not properly trained in preparing the beverages and dealing with customers. I have tried several of their drink options and not one has been satisfactory. I would strongly suggest to find another Starbucks location and not waste your time, money, or efforts in patronizing this location.

So we decided to stop at Starbucks to grab a drink before we go and head home and my daughter ordered a caramel Frappuccino and the worker (male with glasses) was very rude when he asked coffee or no coffee. When my daughter responded. She wanted it with coffee. He gave got upset and rolled his eyes, completely rude, and I will not be coming back to this starbusk

The employees at this Starbucks are SO rude. They are not clear with their communication and they give you an attitude and tell you it’s your fault when they don’t make the drink you asked for. To top it off, they toss your drink, don’t offer to remake it or refund you, and just ignore you.

Came to this location for a drink and the line was fairly long so I waited and noticed it wasn’t moving and realized that the barista was just washing dishes instead of helping anyone in line!! Two men standing toward the back area just chatting and not caring that the line was now outside the door! Why even be open ? Just close the doors already

THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED US! Every Starbucks I go to a water cup is free. They charged us 2 dollars for 4 small water cups. Never coming here again!
