Came to this location for a drink and the line was fairly long so I waited and noticed it wasn’t moving and realized that the barista was just washing dishes instead of helping anyone in line!! Two men standing toward the back area just chatting and not caring that the line was now outside the door! Why even be open ? Just close the doors already

Service was so bad I had to come write a review. I stood there to order and waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There was two people on staff and I had to ask them if they were closed. The lady helping me was rude from the beginning . I asked if they were closed , she said no. Great, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and she said she couldn't make it due to closing in 40 minutes..... we got our drinks , my daughter says thank you and no response. As we are leaving my daughter says her taste bitter so we go back and ask them to remake it. The guy making drinks acknowledged the girl taking the order put " extra water" .... If I could've taken a picture of the girls side eye.. she ran to the back when she saw us coming. And they probably wanted not to take any more orders but this is primetime shopping and I decided to target so if Sis can't handle a little bit of customer service that she needs to get another job.

Service wasn't great, when asked if I can I have a little more peppermint I got glared at for a few seconds by a staff member, then had to go back and ask to have my drink remade since the coffee was so unbelievably watered down and burnt, then then somehow they made that even worse and when we had the other drink there was the same issue as well, I finally had to just ask for my money back, I've never had a Starbucks that was so bad and poorly mannered and managed.

THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED US! Every Starbucks I go to a water cup is free. They charged us 2 dollars for 4 small water cups. Never coming here again!
Very slow service ordered a regular coffee and it took like 45 minutes to complete the order. I asked for a refund after 15 minutes they refused. I won't be coming here again.
