All these workers here work like they hate this job. Orders wrong & besides that horrible attitude. Horrible job here

We have always had good service here but the last 2 weekends we ordered our usual coffees and they have been terrible. Basically tasted like milk and Carmel sauce. Not sure if it’s new employees but we have been very disappointed and will be using a different location.

Barista was short when I asked for the code to the bathroom and kept repeating something when I asked what again she said it was for the costumers only. We came here approx, 4 hrs ago to purchase two drinks so I assumed worst comes to worst they would let me use the bathroom. Either way this place has gone down hill in terms of service and has lost the sense of pride in business, and not only with the lack of care for customers. To the lady working cash register at 1 pm today, do better.

Only 2 drinks were ordered by mobile order. One was ordered warm and was made extra hot, the other was loaded with foam when not ordered that way. There were no other customers in the store at this time.

Cashier and person giving me the coffee were dismissive and rude. We came in for cake pops on my kids’ bday. Cashier didn’t ask what size I wanted and barely acknowledged my kids when they politely ordered. I forgot to ask for sugar in my cappuccino. The woman who helped me with that was very rude.

Starbucks really has gone down hill. I used to love Starbucks; usually great customer service and products, but tonight just another example of why I go to Better Buzz. I went through the drive-thru (Escondido, Centre & El Norte) and the woman taking my order was nice and friendly, but the guy working the drive-thru made me feel like I was putting him out of his way. We had three items and wanted to pay for one seperately. Apparently it was too much trouble for him and he did not complete our request. He was rude and had a bad attitude. Don't need to go there again.

I realize you guys are busy but I’ve noticed a pattern of decline in customer care. This morning, I ordered twice from the counter. My order was partially forgotten both times. Similar situation occurred last week 🙁.

?? THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BARISTA RYAN & (NADYA SUPERVISOR) ??
Got to this establishment on 9/17/24 around 6:45-6:50pm. (Manager, please pull the video coz I'm escalating this to corporate.. I'm the guy in the white shirt and there is nobody else in line)
I ordered a Carmel Macchiato and a Cafe Americano. Paid $9.20 and waited for the drinks! The Americano was good, no problem.. but the Macchiato felt kinda light.. was not filled to the top (maybe 3/4) full.. So i opened the cup and asked the Barista (Ryan) ❌ if he could please fill it up to the top with hot milk since it is 3/4 full. I havent taken any sip or anything! He looked incensed that i asked for a fill up and he looked at my cup and said "there was foam there".. and i said dont worry just fill it up with hot milk for me. Mind you I’m not asking him to make me another drink.
Guess what???? He REFUSED to fill it up and TOTALLY IGNORED me while I stood there with my Cup open waiting for a fill. I stood there for like 3-4 minutes while he made other drinks (I'm guessing drive thru customers). I just stood there, no other person waiting next to me for anything mind you.. and after what seemed like 4 mins.. i left my drink and decided to take the Americano to my partner outside.. came back and still NOTHING!!!!
I was like "excuse me sir.. is everything OK? Can you please fill it up with hot Milk? He is like I’m busy i dont know what you want & what you’re talking about and kept doing other stuff.. and while we were going back & forth.. his manager (Nayda) ❌ came out and asked what the problem is.. and i said 'i have been waiting for almost 5 minutes and he's refused to fill it up with hot milk. I was kinda mad at this point because he treated me like i'm totally insignificant, and I asked the barista (Ryan) ❌ 'What is the problem man.. am i not paying for this drink? Why arent you filling the cup and what do you think I've been doing here waiting for you'.. at this point they all ganged up on me and asked me to leave the establishment. REALLY??? I feel humiliated and totally disrespected just because Ryan refused to fill up my drink.
At that point I asked Nadya ❌ for her manager's number and while she is walking to her till to get pen & paper.. she said "let me guess you also want a refund".. I'm like what the hell is going on in this establishment?? Did i even ask for a refund? I never asked for one.. i mean THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have been going to starbucks for over 20 years, and I've never had this kinda experience.. EVER! I am requesting the manager to pull the surveillance camera of me standing SOLO.. with my cup open waiting for a fill up while he is TOTALLY IGNORING me.. And in all honesty.. i really dont like to make this look like a racial profiling thing.. but it kinda feels like they dont like certain kinda people in their store coz this is NOT NORMAL BEHAVIOR !!! Very SAD!
❌ Again, I’m not looking for a refund or a freebie! I am looking for management to address the way i was treated! The employee (Ryan) ❌ was totally disrespectful and rude, i need management to address his behavior simply by looking at the video between 6:45-6:50pm on 9/17/24 and address how he totally ignored me while i was standing there with my cup open! ?? THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!! ??

worst Starbucks I’ve been at in the area
probably the worst customer service I’ve had at a Starbucks. So hostile when asking for my straw and sleeve. and my drinks were garbage.
