Drive thru was packed but plenty of parking so we went inside. Prompt service and no wasted gasoline.

Kiernan was simply the light of my day. She has excellent customer service bound to make anyone smile with that level of personal attention and quality care, never take advantage of people like this in such a dark world. My drink was delicious too ❤️❤️❤️❤️ give her a raise.

Remembering why I quit going to Starbucks for a few years… it’s expensive AND I hardly ever get a properly ordered latte even though I always use the app to avoid a missed verbal order. Still they get it wrong. My extra shot, flat, breve latte costs $7.20 and $6.20 with star redemption. As before I have to take it home, add cream, stir it well and then heat it up. It’s more like they serve a base latte kit and you fix it later. Horrible business. They have typed out orders and rarely get it right. Most commonly they don’t add the foam as requested, but my cup has about 10 oz of a 12 oz drink. That little bit missing must be about $1.50 worth. The extra hot latte is never hot enough and has to be heated at home.
Today’s breve latte had all the above wrong and - didn’t have any of the 2 raw sugars on the order 😑. So I’m quitting again and already ordered some espresso to start making my own much better and definitely at a reasonable cost.

I waited such a long time this morning in the drive-thru lane. It was crazy. It was 6am and there were only 2 people ahead of me. I often have this experience at this Starbucks—that the drive thru is ridiculously slow. I still go there because it’s close to my house but then I regret it because the line is stupidly slow. Just had to say it. I wish the lobby had better lighting too. It’s always kinda dark in the early morning.

Super annoying. Mobile ordering was left ON on the App even though they weren’t allowing any walk-ins or pickups; which is 99% of every single mobile order. The drive-through line was horrible, but they wouldn’t have any way for us to get our drinks.

This isn’t the employees fault (I get they’re working in Christmas Day) but unfortunately Management for not planning ahead or having an option for people to pick-up drinks.

Realistically it’s families and adults just trying to get a beverage on their way to a Christmas dinner, but they treated us like we were trying to break into the store.

Please do better next time, especially on a holiday.

Horrible customer service!!! Went through the drive thru as soon as we get to the window the guy said “what’s your order?” RUDE no hello or welcome, we gave him our order and he didn’t repeat it, he didn’t ask if there was anything else… he just said window” we get to the window and he just gave us the total price with the most annoyed face. Thanks a lot Austin for your terrible customer service.

I’m so annoyed with this Starbucks. The amount of times I’ve pick up drinks here either mobile order for myself or delivery service for someone else they continue to package these drinks in bags and when you tell them not to they refuse. Almost every time they put the drink in a bag it falls over in the car because the weight in the bag is not even! I have explained this before and asked if they could please just put a stopper instead of bagging it and they refuse due to policy. If it’s a delivery for someone else I can touch it. Just wish they think smarter about the packaging!

Maybe don't talk trash about people's drinks when they can hear you at the drive through window. Some girl was talking trash about the drink choice and the person who asked for it while they were making it. Not everyone wants to drink kale smoothies and be sad, lady. You work at Starbucks for Gods sake. What a terrible attitude.

Special review for barista who was very disappointed and weird rude. She acts like she owns the whole business. The lady with red hair and glasses today November 9 by 12 pm. I ordered coffee cake warmed up. She was not even looking at me like I don't exist and not smiling, putting the cake plate on the table without calling me and not fork. I am asking the store manager to pay attention to their employees attitude. Costumers come first. I would never go to this store again

What is wrong with the lady manager at this location?? A nice young man used the restaurant while waiting for his mobile order and it just so happens that people started lining up for the restroom after he got in. Bad timing unfortunately. But the lady manager had a security guard “escort” this man out of the restroom like he’s a felon. Apparently there’s a 10 minute limit to using the restroom and he used it for 10 minutes. A simple knock on the door letting him know there was a line of people waiting is sufficient. He was a paying customer, totally chill and nice, not an unruly person. The manager should learn to be NICER and not have the security guard “escort” PAYING customers just for using the restroom for 10 minutes. That lady manager lacked in critical thinking skills and don’t know how to treat customers the right way.

You will never be able to call in. They pick up and hang up. You call again, and it rings and rings. Also have been in this store and they are not the friendliest group. They treat everyone like they are not suppose to be there (I ordered ahead and told the young lady and waited in the lobby) the manager stares, and stares and gives off such unwelcoming vibes. it’s no wonder no one wants to stay in the Starbucks, even if you just wait for your drink.
