I placed an order online I ordered 4 drinks as soon as I placed the order I called the store to ask if I could add extra caramel pumps and The person who answered (female) was very rude and of course said no. she said that she did not understand my question. I felt discriminated.

Really slow and when I mean really slow it took over 15 minutes for them to make 2 customers drinks and then when it came time for mine which is just black ice coffee somehow it took 10 minutes. So it's definitely a much longer wait time compared to other locations. It is located in a vons so I suggest use the app to order and then once your done grocery shopping your your drink should almost be ready. cmon Starbucks get it together.

Coffee is great and even healthy to have if in moderation, like 1 or 2 cups BUT not the sugar! It seems we are hooked on the sugar addiction as Starbucks is catering to the sweet National taste buds they have helped forge…not healthy. Be sure to check with your Doctor

Better buzz is not your typical run of the mill coffee shop. Staff is professional, courteous, and cheerful. Coffee beverages are deliciously different and imaginative. Pastries and sandwiches are unique and tasty. Take time to enjoy this establishment.

Went in today to redeem my bday Starbucks and to purchase a food item at this location, Barista took 2 orders ahead of me. As I waited, there was no acknowledgement or “I’ll be right with you.” as she made drinks. I’m not the one to write bad reviews but I waited at least 10 or more minutes just standing there right in front of the register. I felt awkward just silently waiting there... it just took too long with 1 employee at this location, there should be 2 on staff during peak hours. I left and currently driving to a different location today as it was also during my work break, just ate up a lot of my time going into this store. If you’re on a time crunch, don’t go to this location, you’re going to be waiting for a bit.
