I walked an hour to get here. The door was locked. I called and they wouldn’t let me in to go to the bathroom even though people were still inside! Now I have to walk another hour to go to the bathroom at another Starbucks! Be HUMAN people! Let your regular customers in to go to the bathroom when you aren’t fully closed yet me people are still inside! Ridiculous!

Worst experience I have received at this Starbucks location.Drive thru employee was rude and disrespectful.All I wanted was a small cup of ice keep in mind I orders other drinks also and I was told that I couldn’t get a small cup of ice because they are low on ice !!!!How are u low on ice?Management said they couldn’t give me get a grande or Small cup of ice !Very very disappointing . I have never had this issues in any other Starbucks locations!!

Dont order ahead I had to wait for 5 drive thru people before me and I ordered 15 min ago very frustrating just wait in the drive thru I won’t be coming this location again
