This has to be the best Starbucks I have ever gone. Every time I go I am always amazed by how kind the employees here are. The very first time I came a young man Aaron help me with my order. This Diva deserves a raise.

have ordered the same drink everyday and Starbucks I went to throughout California including Washington DC charged me $5.00 and this location charged me $7.50. The cashier was very arrogant and rude. This is the second time for me here but I let it go the first time and this will be my last time too. I ordered the same drink between at 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. $2.5 difference doesn’t break my bank but I don’t like the dishonest and rudeness.

The employees here are great but whoever designed the lighting inside needs slapped. The ceiling is full of spot lights instead of normal lighting. No matter where you sit, a spot is inevitably pointed at you like you’re sitting through a police interrogation. We won’t even get into the crazy homeless that are basically allowed to live on the patio.

Horrible matcha drink I assume because I didn't tip but the drinks already expensive enough. They didn't put any lavender topping and acted like they did. some guy with red hair kind of chubby not sure what his problem was the matcha is not mixed at all there is no brown sugar as I requested. Feel like since I am a guy they take advantage of making trash drinks because they assume I wouldn't notice. I requested light ice not a since ice was in the cup. I've gotten this drink for the past 5 days in a row and they have all been beyond exceptional so I know what to expect I hope that big guy reads this review seriously. ALSO to prove no effort was put into this drink I know the new policy is to write something simple on the cup nothing was written on the cup so you know there’s no effort behind the drink so if anything the owner should crack down on stereotyping when to make good drinks whenever they feel like it. Only supporting small coffee/matcha shops now at very least never this location again.

I walked an hour to get here. The door was locked. I called and they wouldn’t let me in to go to the bathroom even though people were still inside! Now I have to walk another hour to go to the bathroom at another Starbucks! Be HUMAN people! Let your regular customers in to go to the bathroom when you aren’t fully closed yet me people are still inside! Ridiculous!
