This lady working couldn't even check us out, not only was she putting in the wrong prices that where clearly posted behind her she couldn't explain to us why the price was diffent online vs. in the store. When I called her out she like the computers froze this went on for 10 mins, so we left didn't even get the sandwich. Won't ever go back here!

Worst subway! Rude and bad costumer service. This subway always something wrong. One day toaster ain’t working, another day they are out of something else.
The girl messes up my order and went back to store to show them that they messed up my sandwich, instead of them making me a new sandwich. They told me they cannot make a new sandwich and I have to buy a new one.

I'm so bummed. Ordered tonight on the app, 2 footlongs, picked up and got home and the sandwiches were so wrong. One was supposed to be chicken teriyaki according to my order and the receipt, but it was plain chicken with no sauce and the wrong cheese. The veggie sandwich also had the wrong cheese and not the sauces requested. I usually like Subway because I can customize the sandwich, and I like the app for the rewards, but for this location if you don't watch them make the sandwich, it's probably going to be wrong. Super bummed because I was looking forward to my sandwich!

Raquel was highly unprofessional and sloppiness of my sandwich was atrocious. She's got a bad attitude problem and when I brought it up to the so called manager Nancy I was met with more unprofessional bad attitude and eye rolling. If they don't value their job they need to go into a different field of work. I will never be coming back to this Subway I drive out of my way and pay more for Jersey Mikes.

Not busy on a Saturday afternoon. Clean inside, nice employees, but need to work on being more professional. Good food, though. There are wheelchair accessible parking spots in front of the building next door to Subway and a ramp there, too. They were playing an entire Eminem (rap) album, loudly, with every cuss word on the speakers overhead, which was interesting, lol. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Eminem, but it's definitely not safe for work. Definitely an odd experience coming here.

Ordered two 12 inches on the app using flatbread, I was given two 6 inches with the flat bread rolled twice around and I went back in and told them they accidentally gave me 6 inches and the worker literally said “we dont do it like that anymore” like what do you mean you dont make them the size that’s on my receipt anymore.. and she just kept repeating the same thing and refused to make me the ones I ordered
