Customer service here was amazing! The place is super clean and well kept — way better than other Subway locations I’ve been to. Rosa helped us out and she was so friendly and fast! She handled a line of five people before getting to us and made great sandwiches. I’ll definitely be coming back — this is my new go-to Subway thanks to the awesome service and spotless location!!!!

I arrived at 10:30 a.m. and was disappointed with the service I received. The staff member present during my visit was on the phone with a friend throughout the duration of my interaction. My sandwich order was incorrect, I was unable to order cookies, and I felt rushed, as though I were a nuisance.

This location never gets my order right. I have gone 4 times these past two months. I guess I’m hoping for something better. The sandwiches are never toasted. Just put in the oven and no timer started. Causing your sandwich to be less than lukewarm. Mobile orders are terrible. Missing vegetables, avocado missing and bacon cold. Not toasted at all. Employees during lunchtime are super rude. I think it’s time I gave up on this location for good.

AVOID! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.
Made incorrect order, when asked to resolve, it turned out the person working there didn't know how. She didn't know what a flatbread is. She also missed a third of the ingredients.
The complaint on their website led me to nowhere.

They need to learn how to properly charge people for the “ Meal of the day deal” they over charge at this location and the store is always so hot I’m sweating while standing in line cause the AC is never on high enough. Just go to the other location on Centre City for a better experience and to be charged correctly. I was over charged by $6 and the manager doesn’t reply to customer service emails.

I cam to this subway last night ,as soon as I walked in ,I was greated by both the employees, misty and fenna ,not only that the store was very clean ,and inviting and bright ,the gal name fenna , I think was her name ,she made both my subs the way I asked her to make and made the way it should be ,and when I asked her how long she's
worked hear to make such a awesome sandwich, she said it was her first day. I was shocked , I love subway ,but most of the subway in escondido are either very dirty or the employees don't care , I will definitely visit this subway often . Thanks misty and fenna ,you both are awesome. God bless .

Never coming back to a subway period. Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich & a chicken bacon ranch & they were so stingy with the meat. It didn’t even cover my full sandwich evenly & had to ask for more. On top of that the employee didn’t know what chicken went on the second sandwich & put whatever chicken he had on the sandwich back into the container to put the right one on it. The employee Ruben burnt our sandwich’s making the bread hard & not enjoyable. When it came to giving us our veggies I got a total of 6 spinach leaves on my sandwich. This employee was either not trained properly or was new or subway is just plain stingy & teaches their employees to be this way, Either way completely unacceptable. He gave my husband a total of 4 strips of onion & he needed to ask for more. Over all my worst experience at a subway & this just ruined subway for both me & my husband.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never had such a terrible experience at this store. Unfortunately it will be my last time ever spending my money here. The girl working completely messed up my order, putting a sauce that I didn’t order and not wrapping the sandwich incorrectly. The cookies I ordered were in the wrong box and I was given the incorrect amount. The cherry on top is that the manager won’t refund my money. Beware!
