The staff should know how to use the app. Twice, the employees told people that a coupon code was no good when it worked perfectly fine after I helped the customer enter it in the app. Very nice people though.

The bathroom smelled very bad. The food service guy that worked at September 2, 2024 at 4:30 PM. He had the food covered so you weren’t able to look at the food that he was serving you. The food service guy shared that the manager wanted to the food to be covered at all times and that everybody’s complaining about it. The food service guy that worked on the counter also said that you guys charge taxes for warming up the food as well. Don’t go to this subway it’s sketchy

I went this afternoon and got 2 veggie foot longs, on a parmesian herb and cheese ,when I took them home and opened them the bread was old and stale , so I come back and the guy is arguing with me ,That's how is suppose to be ,I have been eating subway for 25 years ,and I know how the bread should be ,not stale and chewy like this ,instead of replacing the sandwich he is arguing with me and telling me this is how it should be . I don't know the guys name but today is August 3rd around 1pm only the gal and the guy are working. What a waist of money .

In my experience so far one of the worst Subways nationwide. My sub was so depressed I felt bad for it. Moody staff, didn't expect that.. put their emotions into food, so dramatic for after work meal.Normal few years ago, avoiding now for good. If you dont have Penn Station or Jersey Mikes=Del Lago Subway near 15 is 100% higher quality food, portions, fast, and staff way better trained compared to this one.

This place has gone down hill since the owner passed and his sister took over…the help sucks and I get less for your money I will drive to the other ones before I come back to this one which is 2 minutes from
I went to this location, accompanied by my 10-year-old daughter, and at the moment that my dresser was tidied up, I began to hear very obscene and explicit words in a very loud tone. When I looked at my side I realized that the person who was saying them was an employee of the establishment saying these swear words, I think there should be more respect for customers and moderating their language, especially on the part of the employees,

Very bad service, the employee never said hello, she simply said how many sandwiches and I told her 5 and she said well why is the limit 5 so I said I want 2 Mexicali and I asked my son which one do you want so he said to the girl and the girl from bad temper he told him not to listen to you speak louder but very rudely then I got angry and I told him cancel everything I don't want anything and I told him that he lacks a lot of knowledge of how to treat clients very bad experience if they don't want to work why do they go!!!

Very poor customer service. Armando I believe the guys name was, very poor service. He was in the middle of making 2 of my sandwiches and decided to stop and help someone else and argued about the persons pick up ordered.
