Poor customer service! Miss working there gives out a negative vibe, could be more helpful and friendly, customer not at fault if she's miserable at work, was rude when I tried using coupon even before I ordered, totally not helpful! Was not honored due to employee negligent ethics and subways BS fine print. Won't be back!!

Tried to redeem an nine coupon for two footloose. The website was not accepting the code in fact it did not even have a place to submit a code. You have to go through a very tedious process just to register an account, and then it does not offer the discount. Also, the one person working was very rude and unhelpful. I won't be going to subway anymore, there are plenty of other sandwich makers available, that do not use bait and switch tactics.

This place says its open till 10 pm bit everytime I go after 9:15 or 9:20 there is people inside but it's locked ,will never go back to this subway again. Change your sign or hire new people.

I just got two sandwiches today. Not sure whats going on. I have gotten sandwiches here many time in the past but today was a noticeable difference. Sandwiches where both made sloppy way to much dressings mayo etc. The bread was very dry & stale like it was last week bread. Hopefully this is just a bad there today. Will try again and hopefully will get back to normal fresh decent sandwich for the price

Nobody ever picks up the phone at the restaurant. I request the manager of the restaurant to take this matter seriously. My daughter was allergic to nuts and I couldn’t reach out to the restaurant to request a special order for daughter. I had to throw away her whole sandwich. Please attend the call !
