Whoa!!! Absolutely awesome. I’m amazed as to how far the staff went to resolve my issue. I lost a battle to Christmas hours and ordered food this closed subway. Unfortunately, the system was still taking orders and customer support didn’t help at all to issue a refund. Today I go in to satisfy my subway cravings and explained the situation. Immediately, the profesional artist contacted the owner in an attempt to help me out. I was told the order will be canceled and I will be refunded! Cool! 2 hrs later, Justin had reached out to me with a wonderful solution, a heartfelt apology, and an explanation.

Ordered food at 8:45, went to sit down to eat with my family, expecting a quick bite before the drive ahead and was kicked out because they were closing soon. Unacceptable after spending $50 on three basic sandwiches with the expectation that we would be able to eat without making a mess in the car

Did dine in in the morning, after suffering bad experiences at 2 nearby restaurants and leaving.Glad subway came through for me. Got a subway club. All ingredients were fresh. the store was clean. Staff were friendly and quick.

Beyond slow. I feel like if you're the only one working you can wait on 2 guests at once. If you come in to work and 1 person is making 2 sandwiches, you can ask to help. When the price of the advertised sandwich has gone up 300% I would also take care to give the guest what they asked for for add ons. Literally the only reason I tipped was because its the holidays. I considered not tipping. BTW no one likes the new advertised sandwiches. If you used Mayo I stead of Aoli I can guarantee you'd have more ppl like it, but no on that one too.
