Went here a few weeks ago in the morning. The person on morning shift who took my order was really nice but that's about the only good thing I can say. All the toppings seemed to have been left out overnight (or longer) and definitely sketchy. The meat was sketchy but I didn't get sick. Definitely wouldn't touch that avacado or that lettuce.

Never order here. I mobile ordered and saw the parking lot was closed. Like the entire section. I called over 10 times to make sure they were open. No one answered, and I was not about to walk a half a mile in over 100 degree weather due to the fact that I had my dogs with me. I kept calling over a 4 hour period and again no one answering. I have photo evidence of this. The next day I speak with DAMARIS and told me they made it so I’m SOL. dispute it with the bank if I want. I was in disbelief. Then I talk to EDUARDO and his response was even more astonishing. He said the issue was not that they were not answering the phone, but the fact that “I didn’t want to walk like everyone else and they were to busy to answer the phone” he proceeds to send me screenshots of a single soul in the lobby , an employee standing around as the phone is ringing non stop. The app does not give you an option to cancel. Anyways he tells me to dispute it with the bank. I’m going to and have all my evidence so at the end of the day they are well aware I’m going to get my money back regardless so why be so petty? Never ever will I go to this location and shame on them for needing the 35 dollars so bad they throw away their reputation and integrity. DO NOT GO HERE.

I know now not to order from here ever again, just ordered a six inch sub. I live up the street from this store so when I received my sandwhich there’s no reason it should’ve been soaking through the bag. They drenched it in oil and the bread was soggy and falling apart, the cucumbers were extremely bitter like pesticide was on them. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich because It was falling apart in my hands, not to mention they gave me the wrong cookie. if yall don’t like your jobs find something else to do. Do not order from here if you can help it.

We've gotten some subpar sandwiches from the auto parkway Escondido Subway but today's sandwich took the cake because there was a huge old head hair in it. Not mine at all because my head is shaved. EDITED TO ADD: My husband just now informed me that his sandwich from last night that he took for lunch today also had a hair in it. This is beyond disgusting.
