I just went there and waited more than 45 minutes for them to take my order. The employee that was helping me looked like he did not want to be there at work.A second gentleman arrive for his shift and he did not even understood what I wanted to order I had to repeat my self a couple of times.

I have been here a handful of times and I just don't understand why the service here is so terrible! It's always some young Mexican guy probably in his mid 20s working there like he hates life so much. He barely talks or communicate with you expecting you to tell him how to do his job. But then again why do I keep going back when the food and service is terrible? Do a better job with your service. You guys are probably the worst subway when it comes to customer service. Just remember without your customer coming to support your business you would not be getting a pay check. It doesn't hurt to be nice and kind and perhaps smile a little it will go along way.

The food is the same as any other other subway. However, when we went today, the lady who was there didn't even acknowledge we were there waiting for her to finish cutting the sandwich. The service is subpar. The ambiance is clean.Another thing I want to let the owner know is to invest on a soda machine that offers diet sodas.

No soup. At least once a week there is no soup and I'm told - it depends on who opens. Don't advertise soup if you don't go to the effect of putting it in the warmer. Now I'm off to Panera. Guaranteed soup!

grossest experience ever. walked in with my boyfriend and no one was in the store except the female employee (cynthia) and her 2 children. one table in the front of the store was covered in kids toys and coloring books and boxes and one of the kids appeared to be having a meltdown, throwing stuff off the table and yelling at his mom (the employee) as soon as we walked in the lady says nothing but looks at us seemingly annoyed, grabs 2 chairs and set them up in front of the ordering windows and then she goes in the back and leaves her kids on the chairs in the front. the kids start to stand up on the chair and sneeze and cough on the glass (actual green boogers and snot. it was repulsive) a man employee then walks out from the back to take our order but he has no gloves on and his coughing right onto his hands so he just washes his hands and walks into the back. the lady reappears and then asks what we want. we are so grossed out and this point and it was honestly the most disgusting thing i've ever experienced. if i could give this store a negative 5 i would
