DONT COME HERE. I came to this place with my boyfriend around 5:00 o clock august 19, 2025. and as i was placing my order the 3 men behind the grill were pointing at me and laughing at me in Spanish saying “would you get with her, that’s a guy, that’s a guy” he was repeating to them. and to make it clear it’s no one’s business to know my business or how i identify as. They kept pointing fingers and laughing at me as they were cooking not knowing that i am mexican myself and i speak fluently spanish and understand it very well. what they were saying was plain ignorant and rude. they kept laughing and staring at me as they were cooking and i kept staring back at them to let them know i’m aware of what’s going on. next thing you know, a random boy passes by and they end up pointing their fingers at him and say to themselves in spanish “why is he wearing that” that’s when i said enough is enough, i went up to the cashier to let her know that i wanted a refund and also told her “i don’t appreciate what they’re saying, im mexican girl i can speak spanish very well and i understand it very well and what they’re saying isn’t okay whatsoever” she ended up giving me my refund back no hesitation whatsoever, she also said she was gonna speak to her manager but ended up proceeding to go to the guys that were laughing at me to my face. i don’t know what’s gonna happen or what to do. but as of right now, please spend your money else where, where the environment is welcoming, loving, respectful, and NOT ignorant and rude. shame on them for not having professionalism it breaks my heart to see stuff like this happen even while you’re trying to purchase something, they’re still being rude.

Honestly never EVER coming back to this horrible establishment. Note to the owners if you want to see your business succeed I HIGHLY advise new team members they are beyond gross and immature and not professional WHAT SO EVER. This is the worst place to go to. Highly recommend people to avoid this spot until the owners steps in and fix their business. Side note to the owner take a look at your staff that is clocked in on 8-19-2025 at around 5:25 pm.

Tried both their Beef and Chicken Teriyaki and I have to say, the chicken teriyaki was very delicious! Crispy, tender chicken and big portion sizes. They also have an amazing spicy mayo sauce!!

Still great food like how I remembered it when it was Sarku Japan. Get the chicken and shrimp combo with rice and salad.

The portion was small for the price, but tasty.

Order a number 1 chicken teriyaki and add lots of the orange sauce they have on the side, thank me later best thing to eat at the mall in my opinion.

So I’m not sure what’s going on with this Suki Hana in particular but this is the second time I’ve been to this one and have had a hair in my food. The first time I asked for a voucher or a refund, as for the second time, I think I’ll just take my “L” and visit the ones at Fashion Valley and UTC if I happen to eat at those.

Chicken full of fat doesn’t seem clean
I asked for more vegetables but my plate was full of rice. When I brought it to their attention. The Gil at cash register with bad attitude told me Iwe took the wrong plate

I ordered the beef teriyaki with extra sauce, and when I tasted it it had ZERO flavor, then I found a huge hair in the middle of my food. I went back and asked for a refund and they refused, telling me i could only have a remake but I didn't like the flavor the first time so why would I want MORE food? Disappointed.

Love the Teriaki chicken and shrimp absolutely delicious wish I had this place closer to home. If ever I’m back here I will definitely be back.

The chicken terriaki and shrimp es very good with a large portion. Was fast and cooked fresh. Good alternativa to other mall food options.

Love Suki Hana it is a really good place to eat and good costomer service from both Desi and Mike. Definitely comming back!

Wow. Went to have lunch today and was told to either take a military discount or a punch card of frequent buys. I told the cashier this was ONLY place that has ever done that. Let me see be a military member or take a card? I take pride in my service so there's that. But horrible reception when I brought it up. Change ur policy people.

I am a big fan of Suki Hana restaurant and normally I go to the one @ the Fashion valley mall. This is the first time I tried this location. When I get there, there was no line, so I could get my food very fast and I tip to them. However, the portion of food was too small compare to the one @ fashion valley mall. I think the owner is same, but different management style.
