Terrible establishment overcharged us $53 bucks and refused to refund us back. Terrible customer service that doesn’t care about their customers.

Really messy seafood boil. Damn good food but can be served a little too hot.

We had a really disappointing experience. We called twice over the course of an hour and a half before arriving to confirm the wait time, and both times we were told it would be 30 to 45 minutes, which we were completely fine with.

However, when we arrived, the staff told us they could not give us any estimate of when we would be seated. We were also told that the manager was not taking any questions from the staff, so there was no way to get clarification. After planning our visit based on the information we were given, this was extremely frustrating.

We understand that restaurants can get busy and wait times can change, but we would have appreciated honesty from the beginning. If the wait was uncertain or significantly longer, we could have chosen another place instead of arriving and feeling dismissed.

Very disappointing experience overall.

As an Escondido raised, I am grateful for this awesome spot! My daughters and I love this restaurant (and we are picky!). At first I we were skeptical but now we get excited for our date nights here! The service is GREAT, the food is QUALITY and the pricing is genuine. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Came in for the boyfriends birthday with his mom and dad, food was so good we really didn't touch the butter and were dipping in the seasoned butter and the Dungeness crab was so damn good sweet and tender. We had lovely julian as our host so sweet and funny. We mentioned the birthday last minute but he still planned a little surprise for him bringing out a cheesecake and singing, that was truly amazing for him and everyone to do, thank you we will be back again 😁.

Attended, with my lady, a birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely welcoming and accommodating staff. The food was amazing and the crew did great with the food and dessert displays. 5💫 All around 😁
