First time going in to fry this place as searched in my phone when I was in the area. The first thing is that it's pretty nice inside and decoration is comfy. Was greeted and seated inside, lady was casual and patient but seemed tired. The food was Amazon and everything taste so good. The prices did change as it went up to 18 plus sushi rolls now from what people posted online. The edamame was dry and like it was sitting there and warmed up in the microwave. The noodles were really good.

Sushi is always good here. Staff is friendly. Place has covered outdoor seating if the dining room gets busy. Definitely would recommend

To be honest, we weren't expecting too much from here. Boy, we were pleasantly surprised. The food is DELICIOUS. Nigiri. Oyster Shooters. Citrus Yellowtail. Green Lip Mussels. Hamachi Kama. Poke Bowl. Tempura Ice Cream. w0W! w0W! w0W! Do NOT sleep on this place. This is now our HAPPY PLACE for Japanese Food in Escondido!

Really bland food, the rice was terrible, and the tempura was incredibly low quality and tasteless, the only slightly okay thing was the California rolls but overall wouldn't come back, supermarket sushi is way better.
