First time going in to fry this place as searched in my phone when I was in the area.
The first thing is that it's pretty nice inside and decoration is comfy. Was greeted and seated inside, lady was casual and patient but seemed tired. The food was Amazon and everything taste so good. The prices did change as it went up to 18 plus sushi rolls now from what people posted online.
The edamame was dry and like it was sitting there and warmed up in the microwave....

To be honest, we weren't expecting too much from here. Boy, we were pleasantly surprised. The food is DELICIOUS. Nigiri. Oyster Shooters. Citrus Yellowtail. Green Lip Mussels. Hamachi Kama. Poke Bowl. Tempura Ice Cream. w0W! w0W! w0W! Do NOT sleep on this place. This is now our HAPPY PLACE for Japanese Food in Escondido!

Today is not good. I ordered their salmon bento. The salmon was overcooked. It became dry and tough. The rice that goes with it is dry too, not enough water when cooked. This is the first time this happened to us and we've been coming here. Should have returned the food to the cook.
