Great little find in Escondido. I know it's been here for awhile but I haven't heard much about it and finally saw a post somewhere else on fb so we thought we'd try it. The diner is a totally cool throwback in both furnishings and decor. Our awesome waitress Rosy was so cute she looked like she stepped right our of a postcard from the 60's and she was more than attentive. She wrote hardly anything down but didn't forget a single thing. The food was awesome...
First time for me to leave a review but this place is amazing, from the eggs and toast to the country fried steak. This is a must have stop if you are ever in the Escondido area, or even passing by. I'm currently an Esco local so I make sure to eat here as much as I can. I highly recommend the Country Fried Steak, and if you love a good gravy; they have the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had, from coast to coast never had a better dish!
Sweetest little mom and pop place. They have great service and delicious food. Their French Toast is freaking amazing and I don't even like French Toast (hubby loves FT and can't get enough of the FT here)
