Driest chicken I’ve ever had. Nearly choked on it
We stumbled upon the Swiss Grill at the Vista Farmer's Market and it was just amazing! I ordered a whole chicken, it looked so good just rolling in front of my eyes. The meat is very tender and juicy, the skin is of a crispy golden brown - yum! I am actually from Switzerland myself and let me tell you this food made me feel right at home.
