Always out of Baja Blast Zero on all delivery services and constantly running out in store. It's not that hard to order enough to stay stocked or turn the drink back on for the delivery and pickup orders. do better. Staff are always nice, they are fine, pay them more.

The cashier seemed to be the only one moving at a decent pace. The place was empty except for 3 people came in before us . Something was wrong with thier order so the mngr gave her tacos in exchange. My problem was, it to 20 mins to get our food. We couldn't understand why,as we have never once waited that long in a very busy store. I had ordered the new ckn strips as I hadn't tried them yet,I asked for honey sauce with them . My sauce wasn't w my meal,and when Iwent to the counter asked,the lady (mngr)said that's gonna be more. I said did my ckn not come w one. She says Oh it didnt come w your food already.I said No I never got it ,as she's looking at my plate to confirm I'm not lying..like what in the heck..🙄 weird experience..The one thing I can say positive is the initial young man that took the order was pleasant and helpful.The dining room was extremely clean.

Where’s the BEEF!! You can barely see the thinnest layer of beef! I like this place and employees for the most part but this was a F failure, they must be short on beef ? If I had paid full price I would have complained to the manager and asked for another but since I got this on a Tuesday drop I’ll just post it here. It definitely changes my mind about stopping here in the future. Update ; later that night i went to another TB (Escondido blvd) and got the same crunch wrap supreme and it was the SAME!! A slither brush wipe of beef!!! The thing is i live 1hr 40minutes round trip away from any fast food, so I may be a bit more sensitive to miss cues but 2 locations on the same day is just upsetting!!

Haven't been inside, but drive through every time is through and usually have everything we ordered. The easiest cheapest way to get everything right in your order is to order one of their boxes. We get the supreme deluxe box($7) and the discovery box($9). Filling and a little of what you might like inside. Original taco, Dorito's locos taco and deluxe burrito, or chulupa or a new edition from the menu. They've never messed a box since we've ordered em. Wins every time
This location consistently provides accurate and timely orders. The staff is always friendly and sure to help whenever needed. The dining room is usually maintained even during rush times, but the music volume and selection can be a bit much sometimes. I choose this location over others nearby when near Escondido because of their consistency and courtesy.
