Have realized now that most tamales I’ve had were just OK, compared to the ones from this little place. Such great flavor, generous amount of meat in the chicken and pork ones. Will be returning to try whatever else they make, and more tamales.
My family loves tamales for Christmas and we usually (don't judge) get them at Costco a few days before. We neglected to purchase on time and didn't want to fight the lines at Costco but remembered hearing about this little gem. This is a small, family run business that offers a limited but delightful menu with tamales as the star. They were sold out of most of the flavors but was told that they open each day at 5:30am with fresh tamales. I came back the following morning...
