Truly incredible how such an amazing restaurant like cheese cake factory can go to ruins when its staff is ill prepared for a night of dining…
3 appetizers were ordered and 3 times our waiter came back to tell us “that dish is currently unavailable” or “we are out of that”
Then we ordered our entrees and that was a nightmare in and of itself, twice did they tell my parents the dish they ordered was unavailable which I thought was phenomenal

The Cheesecake Factory is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving shrimp scampi and their ultimate margaritas. The shrimp scampi is consistently flavorful and satisfying, and the margaritas never disappoint. Reliable, delicious, and always hits the spot!

Escondido location.we had a both which was nice for our lunch. Quiet so we could converse and enjoy our lunch. Our waitress was great(sorry couldn’t recall her name).

Good food, friendly people, large portions, fairly priced, clean dining room. What more could you need?
Zack was a great server. Extremely friendly and polite and prompt. Enchiladas were good, bbq chicken salad was excellent too. No wait with a reservation for my lunch.

there was a one hour wait on 6 people and we never got to eat

Beware eating here - spec the Encinitas mall location. We experienced credit card fraud here from what we can only reasonable expect was from the wait staff. While it is impossible to know for 100% certain since criminals have been known to sit on card#s -what we have discerned is that one of our cards - which was only swiped within the past several months here at the Escondido location began to be used fraudulently a day after it's use here. We deactivated the card however we are uncertain if the anxiety and extra trip to the bank for a new card were worthy of the Cheesecake factory trip.

The food was not what expected, it was all cold and greasy but the taste was not that bad. The waitress was really nice but I don’t understand why there is a 20 minute wait time to get a table when the place is basically empty.

The lunch is pretty good and dinner is pretty good. The service was well because my pasta was hard but they fixed it quickly. The drinks are also very good. Atmosphere is very nice and bathrooms are clean.

I ordered Caesar salad with chicken The quantity was so less no fork such a less quantity of dressing. The box was big enough. The salad was so little, and the chicken pieces were barely anything very less comparable to this place. I would love to order apple bee has the best salad just because I stay now next to the mall I orderd from here worst experience

This place is fabulous! If you like dessert after you eat. This place has the best desserts, and they are soooo very delicious!

Ridiculous wait times. I can see all the empty tables both inside and outside and still they say it’s 40min wait time. At least today, the front guest people were pedantic. Other days it has been fine and at least the food has been consistently tasty. The bar is open seating but some should ask people to not leave empty chairs since there is not way to seat 2 together. There are empty single chairs so if you go by yourself you get the advantage. Definitely customer service can be improved at this location.

Excellence experience every time!

Very nice place 👌 👏 👍. I love how clean it is . Our server was amazing . The only t thing I didn't like is the steak on the lettuce wrap was overcooked lol 6/10 stars. Steak Diane was amazing 9/10 stars. Alfredo fettuccine was good 8.5/10 stars. Flat bread pizza pepperoni 9/10 stars. Quesadilla was good too 10/10 stars. Drinks was good too peach tea 🍵 10/10 stars. Strawberry lemonade 8/10 stars. Margaritas 8.5/10 stars. Cheese cake tiramisu and ice cream 8/10 stars. Overall it's great place to have dinner with the family.
