Amazing venue and service! Great place to go with your significant other. ❤️🩹
I went there for my daughter's bridal shower and they accommodated my gluten and dairy allergies last minute.
We went to the Grand Tea Room today for my daughter's 12 birthday party. I had gotten $400 in gift cards to this restaurant and with our bill being over $400, I decided to use them all. Once our tea was over and I tried to pay, I was told that I can only use $150 of gift cards for my entire party. I was shocked! I asked to speak to the manager, and the lady working the cashier called her on the phone, and the manager spoke to me on speaker phone, instead of coming to the front to talk to me. She said that they loose money using the gift cards, and that is why they only take $150 per party. I do not understand that, and I was very disappointed.
Food quality has declined: it’s not as fresh but tea is perfect and environment is beautiful
Very beautifully set up. Very nice people. Great tea selection, and honestly hard to choose from because they all sound so good.
Very fun experience. All the teas we tried were great. We had a group of 12 and they were able to accommodate us. The sandwiches, quiche and scones were delicious. The desserts were the perfect size and were delicious as well.
My family and I had a very unpleasant experience at The Grand Tea Room. From the start, our waiter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because the restaurant doesn’t provide a physical menu, he had to verbally explain the options — but instead of doing so politely, he acted irritated and annoyed when we asked him to repeat certain items. His tone made us feel like we were inconveniencing him simply by trying to understand what was being offered.
The management was no better. They came across as impatient and dismissive, showing little regard for customer experience. To make matters worse, they automatically force a 20% gratuity on every bill, even when the service is poor. Having to pay a high tip for such negative treatment felt completely unfair.
Overall, the entire visit was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and disappointing. I would not recommend The Grand Tea Room to anyone expecting kindness, patience, or good service.
It was too expensive and at the end we came home with $200 bill and I made lunch again. I calculated for each small item in the tray they charge $10.
Beautiful tea house with amazing service and wonderful selection of teas and food. Great place for celebrations or gatherings with friends or family. I can't wait to go back!!
We enjoyed a delicious high tea in beautiful surroundings. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and gracious. The tea choices were extensive and they accommodated my vegetarian requests. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the regular offerings. A lovely and leisurely experience.

Terrible service
We did the full afternoon tea and I had a lot of fun and I left super full. The best bites were the soups and the scones.
Wonderful place for a quiet relaxing lunch. Atmosphere was beautiful. Food was delicious.
Great tea room. Slow Service but very tasty.
We had a wonderful tea here! The place is small, so I highly recommend making reservations, especially on weekends. The people are all very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious! I really loved the mango scones, soft and so tasty. The Pear Spiced tea was so good and caffeine free, we bought leaves to take with us!
