Stopped into wendy's today for a quick bite to eat because we had the kids with us and they were hungry. walked in and I was surprised to see a nice clean atmosphere. So we made our order and we sat down to eat. The food was hot and enjoyable. we enjoyed our lunch and now we're continuing on our way. a pleasant meal to report.

Changed the rating for this Wendy's after visiting today. I was highly disappointed! Worst service or should I say lack of. I stood in front of the register this morning, with my husband for a whopping 30 minutes with the 3 workers walking past, ignoring us. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to be patient. After being blatantly ignored for the 100th time, I asked one of the workers if they could take our order, she said NO 😬 that she had many orders ahead of us and the register wasn't even open and walked away. I was left there dumbfounded because there have been no one ahead of us in line. Perhaps she was speaking of drive-through orders? Who knows as I was left with no choice but to walk out, and take my money elsewhere. The whole 30 minutes I stood there, I observed the many orders they argued about doing wrong. DO NOT GO TO THE WENDY'S!!!!! they dont care about their customers one bit!!!

Waited 10 min for 1 of 4 people to even acknowledge me at a register and still continue to ignore dine in customers.
The woman's excuse is there are alot of orders ahead of you didn't even get a hello I'll be w you in a min. Horrible service no leadership all 4 people running around like chickens w their heads cut off still messing up orders. We went to huckleberry's instead.. Wendy's loss revenue..

Drive thru needs a new microphone or speaker system. They are happy to take the order and get it wrong. Totally forgot to add my drink even after acknowledging I ordered one at the order box. An apology was given, but nothing offered to make things right.

All the food I have had is delicious. Hamburgers, nuggets, chili, potatoes, unsweetened ice tea is refreshing. Salads
are incredible! I use the app to use their coupons & get points with every order. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. I posted this because I have had nothing but great experiences there. I live close & is my go to place to eat.

I dine in and it took a while to someone take my order.
I have a feeling there are train to take drive-thru orders first and dine-in customers second.
It's happening in other fast food restaurants as well.

This Wendy’s looks like a Wendy’s in a third world country. The staff, namely, the shift, supervisor manager, lady “Rosendo I believe” expressed very rude and arrogant mannerisms, along with unprofessional behavior. I didn’t get into a confrontation, however what I ordered through the app was not there and she tried to unapologetically and impatiently give me a cheaper alternative, which would’ve been fine if she asked me in a nice way I mean fast food workers are getting paid well these days and everything is almost digital which shouldn’t put further strain on employees. This is why I’m confused as to where this sense of entitlement, negative body language and tonality as if they were so annoyed against customers. I let this supervisor lady think that there was nothing wrong because if I argue with her, I don’t think I would’ve gotten anywhere. As her body language expressed unpleasant intimidating behavior. All I know is I left feeling treated poorly, and with a bad taste in my mouth, I will report this incident to the Wendy’s corporate, and I’ll take my business to Wendy’s elsewhere as I am a Regular patron in there. I really hate to leave an establishment feeling like this.

All is as expected. Iove the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. The new lemonade drink is the best! So refreshing.
