Went for pretzels and picked up a jalapeño cheese dog. It was raw dough liked they forgot to cook it. It was 7.79 pretty disappointed, it use to be good place place

Needed a ? fix. Just found out they do not make the almond one anymore here!! :( . So we got cinnamon instead still yum though!!

Our Pretzels were Really awful! Cold with no flavor. Smelled like they had caught some over spray from some windex. I bought 3 for my kids and we ended up throwing them away. We also bought a lemonade, that seemed to be fine. 12/19/2022 @ about 8:30. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Disgusting!
Poor customer service, no one greets guests. Should all be fired. How to edit this to add how incompetent they are. Do not represent the companys values. Pretzels were good tho but did not make of for the lack of respect towards guests.
We normally but pretzels and they have been good but this time I bought 2 salted pretzel and dog bites. The dog bites were to soggy . Maybe need to go early during the day when they are fresh. I don’t recommend to go after 6:30 .

They’d didn’t cook them right and they have there phone disconnected so I couldn’t call worst experience who will give people raw food nextime check when they are ready I keep calling and no one answers I’m so mad I want my money back or exchange them , I have to go back to the mall now thanks to you guys !!!

I watched the guy handle money and my credit card then go right back to touching all the food with the same gloves......stay away from this place!
