I placed an order online drove 15mins to get my order was told oh just waiting on fries okay no big asked to make sure everything was in there 15mins later I'm home to find out my 10 wings I asked for weren't in there had to drive another 15 to get them and another 15 home like why is there no check mark on the receipt the workers are using. 3 workers and no one thought to double check the bag. At that point I fell like a drink comp or a cookie on the house would have been an okay thing to do and WING STOP if you don't you should cuz it's a waste of time of back and forth trips

This Wing Stop location BETTER STOP PLAYIN WITH ME AND MY FOOD. Y’all. I know it’s late, I know your asses don’t wanna be there after 8pm, but PLEASE stop taking it out on my hungry, overworked ass during my late dinner time. I work way too hard and all I want are some wings and fries at the end of the day. Is that too much to ask? Y’all don’t even know what goes into the Laker’s Legendary Wings? Really? Gave me some bum ass Louisiana Rub knockoff wings with no flavor twice in a row when I was just tryna try the new flavor and be happy. Idk why I keep ordering from this location because the past year it’s really a hit or miss if I’m going to get my order or not. One time they gave me legit like 1/3 the amount of fries that I’m supposed to get.

I'm never getting food here again. Took 50 min to get a sandwich and fries. Everything made halfway. Ordered large fries and only got a half of a normal portion. My soda was only 3/4 full too. Took longer than an actual restaurant not fast food. Going to contact corporate because this just doesn't make sense how this is right

I'm from Florida therefore I love Wingstop and I've eaten at several locations however this location was THE WORSE by far!!!! Received only 7pcs on a 10pc wing order. The chicken was cold and seemed old and undercooked when I requested fried hard. No dip or napkins. Will NEVER come back to this location and after reading all the bad reviews I'll be contacting corporate. Wish I'd read the bad reviews before ordering :-/
I walked in here and it definitely looked busy but I went ahead and placed my ordered. Upfront the cashier looked irritated which I should have walked out then and there but my son really wanted to eat here. We waited 25 mins and nothing even though I saw people before me get their order. I asked the cashier and she said about 10 more mins so I was being patient because they were busy. 45 mins passed so at this point I’m annoyed so I went up and asked again and told her my waiting time had become unreasonable. She went to the cook whose name is Ceasar a bigger looking guy and he told the cashier that he already placed it and it would be another 45 mins. I then told her I wanted a refund ( I was not rude to them at all during all this) Cesar told her I will be right there very rudely. When he approached the register he didn’t say a word to me he just said “it should be back on your card “. I have no idea why someone like Caesar would be in charge. This establishment needs better management. Had my son not been there I would have said what I had to say. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to someone because this is unacceptable. Especially from someone who was patient and understanding given the circumstances but Ceasar made no apologies and didn’t care that although I waited 45 mins due to an error on their end. He didn’t even bother to at least try and get my order out he just stated it would be another 45 min wait. This place sucks ! Zero stars if that was an option.

We placed an online order. 20 boneless and some ranch. Easy enough. Went inside to pick it up and there's always flys in the restaurant. Really that should of been my red flag. But the BEST PART there was a black hair in the ranch.

Came in and waited for a mobile order the line was busy and I understood it was going to be a second The main cashier was a young person who paid no mind to the customers and just hung with the other employees until time to give an order but when giving the orders didn’t even look at them and just handed them out I got my order and the employee told me I didn’t have a drink when I knew I did I pulled the app up and showed her and she questioned me as if it was a false order. Then come to look at the order and it’s an order significantly less than what I ordered, the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked on one of them, and even had a smell to it that wasn’t appetizing. I tried calling the store 7 times but each time I called the store wouldn’t respond and the number isn’t even active I will be coming back in the morning to speak with someone regarding a refund because this whole experience was awful
