So I ordered wingstop via DoorDash delivery. Upon inspection of my meal, I was greeted with a pool of butter. Im not a genius or anything but I remember ordering a 10 count of wings not high cholesterol. I’ll be personally heading to the location when they open up in the morning to request a refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO WANTS WINGS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Manager name of “Viri” very disrespectful and not professional.. took 45 minutes to get my fries .. not even Chicken .. got cold fries and manager told me it wasn’t her fault .. very unprofessional and will make sure to not return and make sure others do not go here .. terrible service

I would not order here late at night. About 50% of the time some part of my order ends up being wrong. Sometimes they will give me the wrong sandwich, and I can't just ask for a new one since I had it delivered. Other times they might give your delivery driver the completely wrong order. Though, the driver should have checked it was correct as well. They also do not seem to care as much late at night, sometimes my side of corn comes with barely any seasoning and is under-cooked.

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but its frustrating not getting what I ordered SO MANY times.

Employees don’t seem to work on your order until they feel like it, which for us was about 15 mins after we placed our order. They also didn’t announce when our food was ready, and it took another customer going up to ask to find out that their food and our food had been ready since 15 mins ago. Overall terrible service, and the wings were average.

To the manager: Today, 7/29, your employees deliberately placed me on hold for 30 mins. At first i was skeptical, but after hanging up, i called 3 times, and each time your employees picked up and hung up immediately. Rather than telling me the first time that they were busy, they just left me on hold. And ignored my calls. This happened around 6:30pm.

Do not bother ordering online from here, not even ahead. They literally have never started making our order until the pickup time. Typical time I spend waiting then is about 15 to once even 45 minutes. It’s actually outrageous that they even do this. As good as the food is, it’s not worth this. Far better options. Look elsewhere.

I don’t appreciate the lack of service. What are they are paying you guys that you can’t acknowledge some customers? It’s crazy I was waiting for my food at home left right on time to pick up my food, I get there I have to wait another 20 minutes. Then afterwards they don’t even notify me my food is done. I also did not like the lady’s attitude and no gloves were worn at all. And I’m highly sure there would also be a lack of cleanliness at this restaurant as well I do not recommend you come eat here.

Not only is this not The first time. My order is not ready on time, but they kept saying my order was not ready but about to be bagged While it sat there waited 20 minutes until they realized it was up there The entire time getting soggy told him I would like a refund said he couldn’t because it was an online order to Come back the next day when management is in Words from Jeremiah. My guy should not be working in the kitchen. If he’s gonna be drowning. Hit the swimming pool with floaties learn to swim my guy , Viridiana management Was horrible. Must’ve not known. I spoke. Spanish was On the phone The main person in charge and forgot to leave all the key parts out of how my food sat There got soggy, and they denied giving me a refund, so I started speaking in Spanish so They heard my side, the ratings here speak for themselves. This place is trash hired people who don’t know how Run a kitchen yet loan manage a place Rick Ross would be very disappointed Jeremiah needs more training and Viridiana you should not be in the position your in you need to be in the night shifts to see your employees drown and get left soggy like my wings you wouldn’t refund me but no worries good thing about paying with card my bank will take care of it but for everyone take the drive to epic wings much better tasting and they are busy as well and always have your food ready freshly made and within your time

Yesterday I placed an online order. That came out of my bank account. But because there were issues with the online Mobil app I didn't recieve a confirmation. The manager refused a refund that took about 10 minutes. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. Money was deposited back into my account so I stood back in line to reorder in person. The manager herself saw me waiting going on 30 minutes with no acknowledgment 40 minutes total. No customer service. They were servicing Uber eats and other online orders. Before taking my order. The manager was on her cell phone while frying the food..talking and laughing with a other employers. 3 other customers came in they had no acknowledgement we were all ignored. They were complaining. I've waiting patiently for 40 minutes until I had to yell just to be acknowledge. The manager had a nasty attitude prior to me going there. She was very disrespectful. No communication skills. I will be reporting to corporate. Not even at least a free drink for waiting 40 minutes. I will never go back to this location..

I ordered two sandwiches. Just two. I was told it would be 15 minutes and I waited 45!!! If I could get my money back, I would. I only had enough time left in my break to eat one. It wasn't even good.
