Just went with my friends and had a great time. Good atmosphere and nice employee, he helped us choose our flavors. Good music was also playing, nice vintage ambiance!

WORST YOGURT PLACE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMELLS TERRIBLE!!! TALL MAN WITH DARK CURLY HAIR CLAIMS He's THE MANAGER TOLD MY SON HE SERVED HIMSELF TOO MUCH IN THE 5.79 CUP AND THE TOPPINGS WERE GOING FALL. MY SON DIDNT EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO PUT SOME ON WHEN HE STARTED ASSUMING. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HE IMMEDIATELY GOT DEFENSIVE AND AND SAID IF I WANTED TO SEE THE PINAL CODE. I TOOK SOME OFF AND TOSSED IT I. THE TRASH AS DIDNT GIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO AND HE YELLED AT US SAYING WE WERE WASTING AND PICKED IT IP FROM THE TRASH. HE WANTED TO DENY US SERVICE AND THEN DEMANDED US TO PAY. I PAYED AND I ASKED FOR HIS NAME HE SAID HE DIDNT HAVE TO TELL ME HIS NAME. LOOKED AT US WITH HATE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE THIS TYPE OF BUSINESSES ARENT WORTH IT.

My favorite yogurt Italian tart was not working to well. Hard to get out and there was a line for it. This is rare as everything is usually very fast and soooo good.
Never have anymore acai bowls. Everytime we go they say " we don't have any acai bowls " I feel like that's cap ?

I came in today with my kids. Since the new ownership change, the $5 cup no limit is with in question tiny and my son was told his was "too full" even though there was no limit. My son had a gummy bear that rolled off into the oreos. He grabbed it with his hands and I immediately corrected him as well as did the cashier. My other son, I put the topping on. I was berated by the cashier, possibly the owner, and scolded to watch my kids better. I was right next to them and immediately let them know the importance of why to use the tongs. Im not justifying what he did but he didnt say a word to the other kids in front of us when it happened or didn't see them do it. When I paid, I was given another lecture durring my third apology and told my sorry doesnt matter even though i was right next to my kids trying to help. I will not support this business nor will I recommend how they treat people in addition to the tiny size of the now mini $5 cup they offer. I understand my son was in the wrong and make no excuses for that. The berating was uncalled for. I highly doubt this is nor will be the only occurrence.
