Your Table - Personal Chef Services

Chef's Trevor and Brett delivered a dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 8 gentlemen on a golf trip and had Your Table Personal Chef Service cook on 5 occasions for us. Trevor and Brett not only served us incredible food, but were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs.

On a recent golf trip to San Diego, we utilized the services of Chef Trevor and Chef Brett. We utilized their services 5 times over a 7 day period. The meals were nothing short of spectacular. We had great variety, very fresh food and a great mixture of options. The overall experience was exceptional.

Chef Trevor was tremendous. If and when we come back to this area, we would want him to help us again. There was nothing that was less than perfect.

You can feel the chef in the sauces and the finish of each dish… a true dedication to what the first bite can do for the experience of fine dining and the cuisine… bravo

Chef Trevor made our family’s special “night-in”, he nailed it!--from serious cooking chops and repertoire, gorgeous presentations, the perfect amount of interaction with us ranging from invisible to engaged, to immaculate clean up. Who needs to go to a 5 star restaurant when you can stay home, and for a much more reasonable price. Thank you so much Trevor, it was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be keeping you in our little black book.Appetizers:Arancini Di Riso with wild mushrooms/fontina/fresh herb aioli (yum!)Crispy Deviled Eggs with pancetta/yolk filling/chives (fun!)Proscuitto Crostini with burrata/grilled stone fruit/balsamic reduction/basilFirst: Lobster Gnocchi lobster/ricotta/fennel lobster cream/fresh peas (yum!)Second: Pan seared Ribeye with with herb crust/asparagus/whipped horseradish potatoes (my favorite!, perfectly done)Third: Cinnamon Apple Galette with salted caramel glaze/vanilla gelato

Better than any restaurant I have been to! All the food he makes is so delicious. He is professional, clean, and makes for a great night of staying in, but with a twist.

I am writing this review because I couldn’t be anymore pleased with Trevors professionalism and delicious food! Having a baby during covid has been tough and bc of that we aren’t ready to go to any restaurants any time soon. This lead us to hire Trevor as our private chef..we desperately needed to get a little taste of the normal life and wanted a fun way to celebrate our little girl with our family. and OH MY goodness we are so happy we were referred to him!We planned a brunch with 10 family members. This was the first time everyone met our girl so professional photos were taken, and man we are so happy we snapped some pics of the amazing food! Such fun memories!Trevor came in well equipped and went to work! He prepared all my favorites and they were delicious! Crab cake eggs benedict, potatoes, bacon wrapped dates and more. He was very professional and fun! He had appetizers ready to go and had them out while he finished the rest of the meal. I’ve already recommended him to friends and family.. it’s nice to have restaurant quality food without going to the restaurant. Thank you Trevor for making our special day with our baby girl even more perfect! Can’t wait for our next brunch or dinner party
