Went around 6pm & my donut was stale, definitely cooked from earlier that morning. I also purchased a coffee and it tasted burnt. Very disgusting of a company to have us eat donuts like this because they don't wanna waste product. Im 100% disappointed. Waste of $6.

Always stale and old . The new people aren’t clean

Has there been a change in ownership? I was in 4 days ago to buy a dozen donuts around 8:30am the display case was full with the exception of there being no maple donuts.
Every donut was old and stale. Huge disappointment. I used to purchase from this place often but never again now.

Donuts are delicious! Very friendly, great customer service, and they had so much patience with a pretty big order we had.

The manager told me I can’t wash my hands to wet a paper in a bucket and wash my hands would not let me use the restroom in the back !

Terrible, couldn’t use a bathroom to wash my hand nor hand sanitizer before I eat. They said they can give me a cup of water instead.. makes no sense

Been awhile since I went to this place and even though it was 6:00 in the evening walking in was just like being a kid. The smell of fresh baking donuts was fantastic. The people behind the counter were absolutely a joy to deal with and we're very happy to please. The donuts were fresh and amazingly well done. Can't go wrong at yum yum.

My friend grabbed some bagels from there. Not only are they expensive ($2.70 for a spoonful of cream cheese) but they are also old and cold. When asked for a refund, they refused.

Go somewhere else, there are so many good places around. The bagels and donuts are old. One even had mold growing on it and they still refused to issue a refund.

I got way too many doughnuts. They are really good, so I'll eat them all.

Always a treat to pick up doughnuts! But last couple of times the filled doughnuts lack filling.

Service staff was kind, venue was clean. The biggest problem that I had was the price tag. Almost $20 for 4 donuts & 2 Apple Fritters. What made it worse was the stale, dried out donuts that I ended up with. They must have been at least 2-day old donuts. The Apple Fritters were old as well, but the centers were doughy and not cooked all the way through.
