Advertised as 24/7 on the website and Google/Yelp with no mention of holiday hours. Arrived ~7:50 PM on Christmas Day to find the shop completely closed and dark, no sign posted. Two people (likely staff) sat in a car outside laughing while I tried the door. Very disappointing—please update your listed hours when closing for holidays.

Went around 6pm & my donut was stale, definitely cooked from earlier that morning. I also purchased a coffee and it tasted burnt. Very disgusting of a company to have us eat donuts like this because they don't wanna waste product. Im 100% disappointed. Waste of $6.

Has there been a change in ownership? I was in 4 days ago to buy a dozen donuts around 8:30am the display case was full with the exception of there being no maple donuts. Every donut was old and stale. Huge disappointment. I used to purchase from this place often but never again now.

The manager told me I can’t wash my hands to wet a paper in a bucket and wash my hands would not let me use the restroom in the back !

Been awhile since I went to this place and even though it was 6:00 in the evening walking in was just like being a kid. The smell of fresh baking donuts was fantastic. The people behind the counter were absolutely a joy to deal with and we're very happy to please. The donuts were fresh and amazingly well done. Can't go wrong at yum yum.
