Service staff was kind, venue was clean. The biggest problem that I had was the price tag. Almost $20 for 4 donuts & 2 Apple Fritters. What made it worse was the stale, dried out donuts that I ended up with. They must have been at least 2-day old donuts. The Apple Fritters were old as well, but the centers were doughy and not cooked all the way through.

This was a terrible experience. The older lady who was working there should retire or get fired. She was very rude. She had no sense of customer service. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, she tried to take the order of the person behind me. Luckily the person gestured that I was first. I then ordered one dozen. She tried to rush me, but I was ready (because of the wait). I ordered 6 glaze, 2 chocolate bars, 2 chocolate fillings, 2 chocolate twist and 2 raspberry filled. I knew that was 14. I told her that's "catorce." She said, I needed two more. I tried to look inside the box and she started giving me an attitude. I thought she had given me 8 glaze, but my bust...so I told her two more of the raspberry filled. So I paid the $20.99 for the 14 donuts. Before I left while in my car, I checked the donuts. She had forgotten to include the two chocolate filled donuts in the first place...which caused me to order two more raspberry filled. Anyways, terrible customer experience. In addition to that, when I got home, I ate the raspberry filled donut and it was not fresh. I'm never going back to this Yum Yum location on East Valley Pkwy ever again.

This place is very cute!!!The donuts are very delicious, maple, coconut and sugar are my favorite, coffee is so great.Also, the egg & bacon-chesse bowl I think is the best.Come on!! And taste this food.However the cleaning is not well but mmm...

I was Very disappointed with the customer service I received over this weekend at this location.My girlfriend's son has autism and spilled his drink on by accident. I cleaned up the drink spill myself. And when I was finished, I requested another and instead of taking care of it. And replacing the beverage. That was never drank. The management wanted to charge me for another. I didn't appreciate it because the drink had not been touched and do.To his disability. He spilled his drink by accident.I don't think it's fair that I should have to purchase another drink when for one I cleaned up the spill myself, and due to his disability it was an accident that he could not control .
Awful stale dry donuts. The cake frosting is days old. Really horrible!

Basic breakfast, Fast service; no bathroom. Staff was friendly but the donuts weren't on the yum side they were just average compared to what else out there. I would also recommend breakfast sandwich with some kind of sauce on it as was bit dry overall.

Went on a Saturday morning to get a dozen donuts. I was treated very coldly by the woman behind the counter. She was super friendly to all the Spanish speaking customers. When I got home I realized she had pawned off all the old - I mean stale, 2 to 3 days old garbage - donuts on me.This is not the place to go if you are not a Spanish speaking contractor.
