Would be higher rated if Ruth didn't work there she makes the atmosphere severely uncomfortable. I'm not the only one who feels this way I have talked to several acquaintances and friends who say they will not go there if they see she is working.
For where it is and what it is I love it. You get a big burger loaded with toppings and a big pile of fries and you can add a drink and it is under $20. There aren't many other options in Etna, but this is a good place for a meal. The people working there are friendly as well!
Dotty's is great. I had a burger, and onion rings. Good food, nice people, quick service..I was passing through Etna CA and glad I made the stop.
