I can't comment on their beer but I can comment on their AI slop. I refuse to support organizations that use AI slop instead of real artists. The art on your cans is the first impression and away for you to express your companies style. Using AI slop makes me wonder where else you're cutting corners.

Friendly staff, nice outdoor seating, good selection of food and drinks, and homemade sauces and dressings were excellent! Ate dinner here the night before backpacking.

Etna Brewing punches above its weight in this pleasant but quiet little town. I've now visited twice on consecutive Memorial Day weekends; last year I got some food, which I recall being good; this year I just had beer. And that beer has been quite nice! Service was great. It's a nice place to be, and a good reason to take a trip down remote but beautiful Highway 3.

Great small atmosphere inside and out. Cute little patio area. Food and service was very good. Burger, fries, quesadilla, chicken strips, tater tots all good. Had the porter beer.. very good..and the brewed sampled rootbeer was very tasty!

So far, the best food in Etna! The flavors are delicious and unique! They offer fry sauce, which for me is a BIG DEAL! I am not a drinker, but I enjoyed their root beer they make there too! The quantity is good too! I was very happy with it! Definitely a must if you are in Scott Valley!

Group of 6 came here from out of town. Great beer all around. Very good food and excellent service from Melissa and Monica. Very reasonable prices. A Must go to in Etna.

Good beer, good people!

Service was great. Diablo burger itself was great. However the coleslaw was terribly dry and tasteless big chunks of vegetables. My friend’s pulled pork was dry and way too peppery on top of dry coleslaw. The Porter was bitter, not a dark beer I would recommend. Overall, not the best brewery I have visited in the USA. Their award winning dark beer was $27 per bottle- whoa! Pass on that. Wouldn’t hate on the place, but would not recommend it either.
