This is the year that as a customer, I have to be patient when dining out. All restaurants are short-staffed and probably encounter supply chain issues. That said, service was slow...but we anticipated that would be the case. So while waiting for our food, we mapped out the next day plans and checked social media. We also enjoyed Thursday night open mike featuring local talent. I had planned to order Mac N Cheese, but that dish was not available. Instead, I ordered french-dip sliders and my husband ordered the When Pigs Fly sandwich accompanied with a small spring mix salad. For dessert, we each ordered ice cream cones. The fare was what you would expect from a brew put. Basic, but solid.

This place really took me by surprise. I really didn't expect that the food would be so good. The reuben was the best I've ever had and I couldn't believe how good the salad and fries were. We ordered last minute over the phone kind of right before they closed. They didn't make us feel bad for inconveniencing them or anything. Once I walked through the door to pick up the order, I didn't want to leave. Felt like my hometown as I waited, even though it isn't.
Ate dinner here after a long couple days of backpacking in the Trinity Alps. The food is decent – while the burgers were great, some of the sides weren't – but the service we got was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and accommodating to us. The two beers they brew are also very good.

Food was mediocre. Mac and cheese was pretty terrible and the sandwich was equivalent to one you could make at home. The staff are all really nice and the beers are good, so that gets two stars at least.
