We grew up in Eureka and just had a fantastic time on our oyster bay tour. Learned so much from Sebastian. Then we had a feast eating the oysters we just got out of the bay. Want to have a fun day try this tour. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend the oyster tour. Sebastian is very knowledgable about oyster farming and the bay. The tour provides the whole lifecycle of growing the oyster seeds, growing the actual oysters and harvesting. The tour ends at the Humboldt Bay Provisions (this place is also 5 stars) where you eat the oysters harvested during the tour.

He truly sets an example for farm-to-table in that he harvests delicious oysters daily to serve at Humboldt Bay Provisions, his restaurant. Great idea made manifest. Have some of they're oysters maturing in an oyster pot attached to my boat currently. I'm from Alaska, and never knew such things could be. Definitely a plus to the Woodley island harbor community.

NO WHERE ON THIS PLANET HAVE I EVER FOUND OYSTERS QUITE SO LARGE AND SEBASTION IS VERY REASONABLE. WHAT HE NEEDS IS A PLACE WHERE CUSTOMERS COULD COME AND PICNIC AND OPENLY ROAST OYSTERS ON AN OPEN BARBECUE PIT. AND HIS OYSTERS COULD BE KEPT AND DISPLAYED IN VARIOUS FRESH SALT WATER AQUARIUMS GIVING THEM THE TIME TO CLEAN THEMSELVES UP IN A BATH. I HOPE HE FINDS A BETTER SOURCE TO DISPLAY AND SELL HIS WARES AND HOPEFULLY HIS BUSINESS WOULD THRIVEI......RON PLOTNICK
