I'm leaving a review after my second visit to Caps. It is intensely good. The first time, I got the white cheddar burger that I have not stopped thinking about for over 2 weeks. I just now got the pulled pork sandwich and enjoyed every bite. Sweet, salty, savory pulled pork and an amazing bun choice. They are doing something very right in this food truck. I cannot wait to try out the rest of the items.

I had the asian sliced pork sandwich and it was glorious! Super sauce-y with endless flavor. Juicy on the inside, crispy fresh buttered bread exterior. Pineapple slaw on the side made it a 10/10 meal. Will definitely be back!
