If you are coming for jury duty, bring snacks and drinks. They have coffee and hot water for tea in the jury room. The vending machines they used to have are gone!

A lovely welcoming atmosphere and delicious food! Lots of fresh items or ready to go, I mean, deviled eggs?!? The best.

I ordered a burrito, a small fry, and a black and white mocha espresso. The lady behind the counter (who is also the manger apparently) appeared annoyed within the first minute of our brief encounter. She was extremely annoyed that i was paying with DA vouchers and when i canceled something i ordered, she threw the voucher at me. The fries were under cooked and soggy, the burrito was undercooked and even cold in some places, and the mocha was frothy and flavorless.During my time there she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes multiple times. When i called to speak with a manager, she revealed that it was she who had cooked and when i told her what was wrong with the food, instead of apologizing and trying to make it better the next time she told me "too bad" and " i dunno what to tell ya"

The Cafe is clean, well decorated, and of course well staffed!! My sister, Jeanne, is awesome, and it was an honor to be a part of the team that helped her get it ready for business! Lots of Eureka family went for lunch on her opening day, and I had the special (French Dip and Fries) which was completely delicious and a great value! Oh, and Meagan, who has worked at the cafe for YEARS is a great addition to our famly! : )

If you're reporting for jury duty, use the 4th Street entrance; the jury room is just inside, past security, to the right.
