Drunk staff and food poisoning. Not a bad experience until the chef and bartender were spotted doing jameson shots at the bar mid-service, before she spilled a full water in my lap and on my wallet. Brought a towel and a halfassed apology and that was it. No manager, no recovery. Forgivable, maybe, until my wife stared puking her guts out later. We ate everything the same except beet salad. Whoever owns and manages this place needs to find some professionals. I teach servsafe, I'd be happy to come teach the kitchen proper hand washing.

Went here last second and by looking at the menu quickly. The food definitely catches your eye. We were definitely surprised by how trendy the restaurant looked inside. It has an upscale club vibe with a beautiful bar that changes colors. We were quickly seated. Our waitress was friendly and knew the menu pretty well. I chose the filet mignon and was happy with the steak. It was tender and well seasoned. The vegetables weren't as good. Lastly, drinks were amazing. Gotta give it to the bartender, the crafted drinks were on point. Thanks!

We did not have reservations on a busy arts alive night. They were able to accommodate 3 of us. Service was really good! The food is always amazing. I had the crab ravioli and it was perfect for this rainy night. Thank you everyone at 511!

I’ve been to Five Eleven multiple times now when I visit Eureka and always have a fantastic visit. The service is great and the food is delicious. I’ve had a number of dishes, last night I had the crab ravioli and it was absolutely delicious. I always look forward to visiting five eleven.
Always a good spot. The menu is starting to change and there are wonderful rotating seasonal options. Drinks are always delicious.

We tried this place on new years eve while passing through Eureka on our way home to SF and we totally loved the food!
I ordered the 511 burger which was delicious, juicy, crispy bacon, grilled onions and plenty of french fries. Meat patty was juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection on medium.
My girlfriend ordered Caesars salad custom made with grilled chicken (thank you to the chef for making the exception!)
