Wow! The burgers and fries are out of this world! So savory, rich, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I love that they cook their food in beef tallow - despite being burgers and fries there’s less heaviness and greasiness. I also enjoyed the cheese curds!

1. Truck sits at Red Lion Hotel Parking lot. I’ve never seen a single person go over there and order food ever. Drive past this truck all the time.
2. Logo and burger on the front for business art looks awful. It comes off as trashy, reminds me of the show Mr Meat with the creepy puppets
3. Genuinely the burger looks basic. It doesn’t look special, and I can tell a good burger just from an image.. as someone who PROUDLY makes delicious burgers, it’s no wonder this place has no traffic and fake reviews.

Everything about this mobile restaurant was satisfying! Customer service was respectful and professional. While the pricing of the food is on the higher end, and can be a bit deterring, after trying the double fry burger/seasoned Fry's, the higher prices are absolutely warranted. If you find your self in the area and want a quick filling meal, this is the spot!

They were just opening up shop when I arrived so I had quite a bit of a wait. Good news is the owner hooked me up with some fries for the wait. Bad news was the fries were soggy but being free I let that slide and decided to enjoy my burger. The burger is uniquely done by frying it in beef tallow and the flavor is stupendous! The onions were cut in front of me and the pickles were nice also. Bun toasted just right and overall I really enjoyed it. The price is worth the experience of trying something new and would most likely come back. Right now it is at a Christmas Tree farm (Family also owns that) so get a burger, grab a tree and MERRY CHRISTMAS and happy holidays to all. If this review helped tell em Red Beard sent ya.

Honestly this has been the best burger I've had in all of Eureka. There is something special about cooking a burger with beef Tallow. I can't explain it, you just need to go try it.
I know my way around a burger, whether ordering or cooking my own, and this was one of the better ones I’ve ever had. Five stars hands down!!
