Overview: Seafood Cafe with views of the water Meal/Time: Lunch/Saturday Party Size: 2 Seated: 1137AM Ordered: 1141AM First ordered item arrived: Salad and soup out 1144AM Mains out 1157AM Decor/Atmosphere: Fisherman diner. Inside booths and counter seating. Outside patio dining area. Service/ Front of the House: Need to check in inside with the hostess. Service/Serving Staff: Our server was FM as it was on the bill. Sweet lady. Really made us feel welcomed. Awesome smile. Food: Gumbo is good. Shrimp and chicken is a slight kick. Salad has chicken peas and pickled beets. Good solid side salad. The coleslaw is lacking flavor. The fries are semi think cut but perfectly seasoned... Great Job. The clam cutlet is pounded clam then breaded and pan fried. It's heavy on the breading but its also heavy on the flavor... thumbs up. The fish and chips are pretty good too. Taste like beer battered .. flaky and moist white fish (cod) I think inside a golden brown shell. Restroom: Single men's with urinal and toilet. Clean, well lit and roomy. Sink area is clean but there were some paper on the floor near garbage can. Will I come back? Yes, I would like to check out calamari

Delicious fresh made food! Although the restaurant was busy the waitress and cooks were working hard! While it was beautiful to sit outside, there was a wait so we belly’d up to the bar and watched how efficient and quick everyone worked together. Ordered a cup of their seafood chowder that had clams, shrimp and mushrooms and the Sandy Beach Sandwich with bay shrimp, bacon, green onions and cheddar cheese on grilled sourdough. Sitting at the bar we were able to see all of the food that came out! They had a hot and cold crab sandwich that both looked delicious . Their Pub Cod sandwich was huge! The Shrimp Louie salad was big and had a lot of bay shrimp on it. This place was definitely worth the wait! Don’t miss out!

Beautiful location and great food. The coffee was cold and flavorless so I would pass on it. We sat outside which was beautiful, and relaxing. Our waitress was really nice, but once served, she was MIA. You might read reviews of a rude waitress, well we witnessed her at adjacent tables. She was nice with an underlying snarky impatience. She only works a couple of days a week, as we heard her share with the table next to us, so hopefully you miss that. The view would be with putting up with her if you had to.

Came for breakfast omlett was inedible runny and tasteless last year during crab season i had read how good their crab sandwich was i ordered a crab omlett the crab was old and the omlett was inedible. I have had breakfast here and just ordered plain eggs it was ok. It is a cute place with lovely location wish food was better.

We really were looking forward to eating lunch here! But the experience was different. We were less then welcomed and waited well over 30 minutes to even get our order placed while we saw several other tables getting their orders that arrived after us. The worst part was hearing the wait staff and the manager openly talking about how much they just wanted to go home. When we wanted to just leave, our wait person just kept walking by. No drink refills, no checking on our food, nothing. I would not go back.

We dined outdoors on their spacious patio. All tables had umbrellas, and the view was spectacular. It was crowded on our visit, but the servers kept things moving. Food was served in a timely fashion. I enjoyed fresh clam chowder and oyster crackers. It was wonderful. I ordered white wine, and when I found it was only five dollars a glass, I splurged, and had a second glass. The dining area was raised, but a ramp made it easy for the handicapped to get to their table. What's not to like in this little seaside eatery? You would think they'd have higher prices, but no, it's a bargain. Highly recommend it, especially on a sunny day.

Very busy on a weekend for lunch but sat at the counter. Waitress made good recommendations and the food was delicious. A bit pricey but this is California.
