Cute outdoor dining, striped umbrellas and potted flowers. Service was slow and food just average, Clam cutlet not breaded well but the side salad was excellent. Would not eat here again.
Sort of a throwback local diner feel. Plenty of outdoor tables, clear partitions for wind abatement. We sat inside.
Simple fare, well done. Very attentive staff. A mistake came through the kitchen, and it was obvious the 'new person' needed a bit of training on someone's handwriting. They were jovial enough about it, and the plate was corrected before it ever got to the table. We usually sit right at the counter, for just such experiences.

As we arrived at Gill's the location and set up on the bay along with their landscaping made it a gem we won't soon forget. A throwback to the family owned personal touch restaurants from our childhood. Between the friendly staff and amazing tasting fresh food we will definitely be back and plan to do a spotlight on this place.
