This was an interesting place with friendly people and good food. I wanted to try something Guatemalan so I ordered a Pupusa. It was good and so was the enchilada, but what I got as an enchilada didn't look like any enchilada ever had before. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding

OH MY GOODNESS.
If I'm not wrong, I came to their Taco Fest stand and bought some pupusas. I had no idea which filling to get, so I asked one of the staff and she kindly recommended me one.
The ladies serving me were absolutely delightful! BUT GOODNESS. My goodness, were the pupusas delicious. The sauce that came alongside it was great, + it was so flavorful! I also ordered a strawberry Tres Leches cake, and gosh, was it amazing.
IT'S SO GOOD! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND.
The pupusas + Tres Leches were so good at the Taco Fest that I had to search up their store for future references to buy some more.

Very nice place with friendly and caring staff. We had the chili relleno and the garnaches with a bean and pork puposas. Overall, the food is very generous with large portions. But my relleno could be warmer and the garnaches shells were a bit too stiff. Also everything needed a bit more flavor and the condiment on each table was a picamas hot sauce that was perfect for my relleno and the garnaches.

This is a small little place downtown. It is just delicious! Open kitchen area and you could hear the lady making the pupusas ? fresh! Never would dream of finding such good Guatemalan food in a small place like Eureka California.

Delicious pupusas and other Guatemalan dishes. So fresh and you can hear them making them as you order. Crispy 'slaw' has great flavor and the freshly made agua fresca drinks are so yummy
Quesobirra tacos were absolutely amazing and my guy loved the papusa. The birraquesodilla needed salt but it was all so delicious. We will be back!!

Who would have guessed you can get authentic Guatemalan food as far north as Eureka? The quesobirria were amazing. The Guatemalan tacos were served open face and drenched in an a delicate salsa. The purpusas were also fantastic. We asked for a shrimp quesadilla and even though it wasn't on the menu they made one for us. It was huge and they made it with a hand made corn tortilla that was soft and spongy. Be sure to give yourself time to enjoy this meal, everything is hand made fresh when you order so it takes a few minutes to get our meal. Order a delicioso Fresca or Atole to enjoy while you wait. The restaurant is just about to complete their new dining room addition too.
