Unique niche cuisine with dishes you can’t get elsewhere in the county even if the names look the same. The flavors are fresh and the profile is overall lighter than the more familiar Mexican dishes. Also, I love the atole/champurado drinks — so filling!
Stopped here during a roadtrip with my husband. The food is fresh and tastes amazing, my husband is Guatemalan and he was a bit skeptic at first, but WOW! Highly recommend this spot, it is reasonably priced also.
Ordered food to go. My husband and I had been wanting to try pupusas and this looked like they had some really good ones. It was our first time visiting California so we were not sure what to expect. The person who greeted us was very friendly, she took our order of three pupusas: cheese, bean and cheese, and beef and cheese. They were all super delicious. They came with pickled vegetables and a sauce. We also ordered the plantain desert to try and it was very good. Going back...
