I have ordered coffee on-line but did not like it due to bitter taste, I e-mailed the company inquiring about the return, week later never received a reply, e-mailed again and nothing in response, after that I decided to call and surprisingly was able to talk to someone and explain that I have ordered 3 bags of coffee and 1 that is unopened I would like to return. I have received shipping label to send unopened bag back but again a week after company has received my package - nothing, no refund and no e-mails regarding the refund. I bought coffee based on great reviews but if you like me and will not like the taste of it, company does not want to deal with it. Probably after this poor review I will never hear back from them. Disappointing customer service. PS After receiving a quick reply from the owner after the review was posted, I changed the rating to 5 stars, glad the issue was resolved.

I had this coffee at the Salyer General Store in Salyer, CA. It was the best coffee I had during our entire trip out west! When we returned home, I called the store to find out what kind it was so I could order it. I highly recommend the breakfast blend!

My husband says he just had the best hot chocolate that he has ever had, and he has had A LOT of hot chocolate! My lavendar latte is also lovely, and I highly recommend! Delicious!!!

Long time coffee drinker here. I’ve tried several from Humbolt Bay but most recently landed on the organic Mexican. It’s so good! And these are the nicest people to deal with- always happy to help. I love that they fresh roast my order right before shipping.

They have a wide variety of coffees in a whole range from mild to extra dark. You won’t regret dropping in and trying their samples to find your new favorite. And they are a green and fair trade company!
