We made a large order at the drive-thru for a group of people. We were told to pull around to the front of the restaurant which is difficult to do because the exit of the drive-thru is a right turn only and the parking lot is located to the left of the drive-thru so we had to drive around the city block to get back into the parking lot to wait for our order.

Everytime I come here I ask questions because I don't come here that often. I can never understand the person working the drive thru and they get annoyed with me but I'm speaking English. They should at least have someone who understands English taking orders. When I came to the window I could tell they were talking about me. Made me feel uncomfortable eating there because I could tell they were upset I couldn't understand there English.

Order a breakfast sandwich combo paid extra for a specific drink w/ said meal, I got a chicken sandwich and not my drink but hey at least they remembered my hash brown.

The middle age gentleman working in the Drive-Thru were so very rude , I simply only asked them a question about something on my receipt I did not understand. After asking the question he argue with me saying do you want your food or not then they proceeded to take forever to bring out the food . That made me very uncomfortable because I have three children and so when they came back to the window I gave them receipt and the change and told them to give me my money back. They said I wouldn't be able to come back. I'm totally fine with that because I've had too many bad experiences with that drive-thru people . I was very nice and polite and my kids didn't understand why they were so rude to their mother when their mother only asked a simple question because she didn't understand something.
I ended up getting a free milkshake and soda out of it because they didn't ask for it back ....

This is a good Jack in the box The employees are always really nice. I go there at 3:00 in the morning because of work and they're always on top of it

Ordered online through doordash and the 1st order never showed up, then the 2nd time the food came but was all screwed up, like no bun for the burger, the taco's were just refried beans ontop of sliced cheese, lettuce, and KETCHUP!!!??? The coffee was hot, but I asked for cream and there wasn't any. Just weird and kinda gross! Just a bad experience from start to finish!!!

Bunch of people hanging outside the place. The food was average but pretty disappointing. The man behind the counter grabbed the bathroom key from somebody and then went back to working with the food. He had no gloves and unwashed hands.
The Employees are super rude and the foods standard Jack n the box. To get into parking is super hard and there's not alot of spaces. Go drive through if your going to come here. Prepare for a standard experience!
