I’ve been a regular here for years, but unfortunately I don’t feel like I can continue supporting this business. It seems like prices go up every time I come in, yet the stamp cards/rewards have been completely eliminated. Even large chains like Starbucks manage to offer rewards, so it’s disappointing to see a local business move in the opposite direction. I could have looked past that, but the quality has also gone downhill. My espresso tastes burnt far too often, and on multiple different occasions my drinks have been closer to a 16oz before I had even taken a sip. When you’re paying $7.25 for a 20oz drink, plus a $1.25 tip, you expect to actually receive what you paid for. With hundreds of customers a day, shorting drinks may save product, but it definitely costs customer trust. Sadly, this place has lost mine. Thankfully, Shotz Coffee has come to Eureka(right on broadway as well!)they’re more affordable and the quality is noticeably better.

My small 12oz Mexican mocha ended up costing $9.78 I tipped due to peer pressure to tip, but I didn’t realize it was going to be that expensive because the total didn’t show on the screen. Before I could say anything, the lady turned around & helped someone else.
I regret visiting Jitter Bean & I’m no longer going to Jitter Bean.
I feel cheated and disappointed.

Bought a coffee at there location across from Eureka Safeway. I asked for whip cream there was no whip cream and they charged me for something they didn't add that I asked for. Also it had coffee grounds in it which ruined my whole coffee I don't think I'll be going back to that location by The Eureka Safeway now.

Jitter Bean is my go to for coffee, always hot, always taste great. They roast their beans here locally, you can smell them roasting from their Broadway location. All their Baristas are amazing and work hard, long lines roll though their drive up very smoothly. They treat me and my dog amazing and remember us each time.
