I asked about making my tonkotsu ramen spicy, they didn’t offer me any spice levels so I assumed it would be mild. I usually enjoy pretty spicy food but there was so much spice added the broth was bright red and virtually inedible. Even after buying an extra bowl of regular broth to add to it and adding copious amounts of extra water, butter, and cream when I went home, the soup was still extremely spicy and hurt my mouth and stomach very badly.

Absolutely delicious food! Incredibly spicy though so be prepared! Also it was a pretty busy place (good to see).
We left satisfied and STUFFED!

Great ramen spot for a late night bite. One of the only places in town open past 9 on a Saturday and a treat anytime.
The curry and chicken was great and hot the spot. Never had a bad meal here.

Took a while to get a table, waited 40 mins for the food to arrive, they brought the wrong ramen and the katsu was super greasy. To top it all off ended up with food poisoning.

The food was amazing. Almost too beautiful to eat. It was like a work of art. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

I've had ramen in alot of places before but this place just became my favourite. Broth was rich, noodles had bite, and everything tasted intentional (if that makes sense). It’s small and gets busy, but I honestly didn’t mind waiting. Worth it.

Technically I should probably rate the service slightly lower but the kid looked young, I'm not gonna hold it against him.
Food was flawless, and this old guy who seemed like a regular offered a helpful set of chopsticks with a tie on one end when someone at my table was struggling with chopsticks. Immaculate vibes from even the customers, would recommend.

The food is well prepared and delicious. We took the grandkids and they enjoyed the authentic Japanese noodles and unique flavors.

In a world of dark fantasies and indefinite war, the tides of blood roll up and then down the sloped beaches of America. Howling winds blow in a direction we have all seen before and we can't stop it. Freezing and sinking are feelings we can't stop, grey foggy shorelines confuse us and we can't help but wonder; how we win if there is no end? How will we feed our eyes with beauty? How will we feed our guts if there is only one feeling? Kokoro Ramen is how! Best Japanese food in town and a friendly staff! 💯 👑

Decent ramen, though the broth lacked the flavor of many hours of boil. Spicy Tan Tan Ramen had heat, the noodles chewy. Cucumber Salad and Seaweed Salad both good appetizers.
A stylishly hip interior and a beautiful mural to draw you in from colorful Opera Alley. Young clientele, friendly serving staff.
Well-worth a visit when in Eureka, a noteworthy option considering the great distance from a major metropolitan center.

Coming from a ramen lover that licks bowls clean… kinda disappointed?! I loved the atmosphere very beautiful… the waitress was nice at first then it faded over time… she claimed the food was “authentic” I’ve never tasted a worse ramen and that says a lot because I’ve tried a lot of places… noodles not cooked and miso ramen? No I’ve never tasted miso like that.. I tried adding in chili oil I was able to make 4 bites down
Waste of 40$
Sadly don’t recommend
