Awesome food truck! It’s usually parked over at 3 Corners Market on Myrtle Ave so it’s easy to grab refreshments while you wait. All the flavors are on point! I tried the chili relleno this time and it was the best I’ve had since moving to Humboldt 5 yrs ago. We got some churros for dessert too and they were amazing. We love this food truck, and we super love it’s so close to our home. Not close to your house? No prob, head up to Freshwater reserve or Freshwater Park (no dogs tho) to enjoy your food with a great view.

I have seen this place on my daily commute. Always said I would make an effort to stop by, I finally did and I wish I would’ve come sooner. Not only are the people working offer some of the best service you’ll get but the menu has so much more to offer than your average taco truck. The Pambazo was so good and unlike anything torta I’ve ever had. Don’t forget an agua Fresca! Next time I’m going to try the tamal torta or maybe Mole enchiladas.
Homemadez tortillas, tender meats, service with a smile. Also great Agua Frescas and a diverse menu offering, going further than tacos and burritos.
A must try for authentic Mexican food lovers!!

Had a carna asada burrito. It was all filler (beans rice and lettuce) and barley any meat. Service was fine and polite just greatly dissapointed with the hardly any meat.

10/10, best Fajita burritos either of us have had around Eureka & we eat at a lot of the places around town.
A bit more spendy and the burritos are a tiny bit smaller (handheld size, 1.5 meals instead of 2 meals) than some other places but the flavor explosion & freshness of the ingredients are the best around!
