Awesome food truck! It’s usually parked over at 3 Corners Market on Myrtle Ave so it’s easy to grab refreshments while you wait. All the flavors are on point! I tried the chili relleno this time and it was the best I’ve had since moving to Humboldt 5 yrs ago. We got some churros for dessert too and they were amazing. This currently my favorite place to get take-out. Everything i have tried is amazing. As I'm typing, I'm salivating thinking of their crunchy Tacos Dorados rolled tacos. go treat yourself. thank me later. sooooo good.
I have seen this place on my daily commute. Always said I would make an effort to stop by, I finally did and I wish I would’ve come sooner. Not only are the people working offer some of the best service you’ll get but the menu has so much more to offer than your average taco truck. The Pambazo was so good and unlike anything torta I’ve ever had. Don’t forget an agua Fresca! Next time I’m going to try the tamal torta or maybe Mole enchiladas.
