I'm glad I found this hidden gem of a taco truck! I got the Tinga tacos the first time, they were well spiced, authentic and delicious. The guys there are super friendly too, I will need to make a trip back to try more of the menu.
Awesome food truck! It’s usually parked over at 3 Corners Market on Myrtle Ave so it’s easy to grab refreshments while you wait. All the flavors are on point! I tried the chili relleno this time and it was the best I’ve had since moving to Humboldt 5 yrs ago. We got some churros for dessert too and they were amazing. This currently my favorite place to get take-out. Everything i have tried is amazing. As I'm typing, I'm salivating thinking of their crunchy Tacos Dorados rolled tacos. go treat yourself. thank me later. sooooo good.
