This spot was a staple of my summer for years! They have rotating flavor options and I love that it isn’t just ice and fruit - it’s actual gelato, however creamy and rich you’re looking for! (They do also have sorbet though)
Used to buy pints of their non-dairy peanut butter chocolate because I would crave it so often. Yum!

Customer service was amazing, and loved that they had lactose free options. Unfortunately, out of the three dairy free products. The chocolate had no dairy flavor, and they do not offer samples, so there is no way to know.

Very cute little shop in a nice location you can walk around. Unfortunately they don’t let u test out the different flavors, maybe I could have found one I liked so I picked the two that sounded the best which was cookies galore and cinnamon. Cookies galore was not very cookie-y… you can really taste the coconut and there was not cookies galore it definitely needs more…it was like a vanilla coconut flavor.
The cinnamon was very bland as well.
I’ve never thrown ice cream or the cone away but both of us chucked it in the trash. The snickerdoodle cookie tasted like an old, cold sugar cookie.
Will not be returning.

The ice cream was good. Service was ok. They don’t allow samples for the flavors though, which is part of going to an ice cream shop
The server seemed really irritated with us, like annoyed that it took us a moment to decide between a cone and a cup. It was really offputting.
The honey ice cream was grainy, and the dairy free chocolate was so odd that my teenager traded with me for my chocolate gelato, which was OK at best. The dairy free chocolate tasted like Indian food of all things, Which I didn’t mind because I like Indian food. But my teen and my husband definitely didn’t like it. I’ve been here before, and it was outstanding, with great unique flavors and really friendly people. But tonight was just not that.

Overall, this is my first time in California. When I’m craving dessert, I lean towards ice cream. Today! I stumbled across an hidden gem in America, and it’s called “Living the Dream Ice Cream”! When I say, by far, from the East of Jacksonville, Florida, to the swamps of New Orleans, Louisiana, to grandmothers soften mitten of Michigan. I scream, you scream, we all scream Ice cream! And these guys are definitely in a lane of their own. If you’re on a vacation, baecation, or even just passing through! Please stop and grab you a waffle cone and bowl, because it’s just that good! Don’t forget to tip because these ladies work hard to bring you the best flavors that ice cream can offer. I’m definitely coming back for more ????
