This spot was a staple of my summer for years! They have rotating flavor options and I love that it isn’t just ice and fruit - it’s actual gelato, however creamy and rich you’re looking for! (They do also have sorbet though)
Used to buy pints of their non-dairy peanut butter chocolate because I would crave it so often. Yum!
The server seemed really irritated with us, like annoyed that it took us a moment to decide between a cone and a cup. It was really offputting.
The honey ice cream was grainy, and the dairy free chocolate was so odd that my teenager traded with me for my chocolate gelato, which was OK at best. The dairy free chocolate tasted like Indian food of all things, Which I didn’t mind because I like Indian food. But my teen and my husband definitely didn’t like it....

Overall, this is my first time in California. When I’m craving dessert, I lean towards ice cream. Today! I stumbled across an hidden gem in America, and it’s called “Living the Dream Ice Cream”! When I say, by far, from the East of Jacksonville, Florida, to the swamps of New Orleans, Louisiana, to grandmothers soften mitten of Michigan. I scream, you scream, we all scream Ice cream!
