After holding on in a dying mall for years, it appears that Los Gallos has finally succumbed to the same fate as its neighbors. So long, Los Gallos - and thanks for all the great carnitas. 😢

I love this restaurant because the ingredients are fresh and it was delicious. Guac was fresh, chicken was delicious and shredded perfect. Green enchiladas did not disappoint and the size meant I can eat some tomorrow too. Perfect

This location is on of a few still left at the Bayshore Mall. To me this stands as a testament of their large menu options and delicious food. Today I had my 35th Torta in Humboldt County from a 35th different location. The Torta was real good. It was a nice sized sandwich and had all the fixings, carnitas, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño and avocado. It wasn’t a chart topper but I give it a good review.

Been on a torta kick lately - trying all the local spots for 'em. This is a minimalist's torta, very basic. Bread tomato lettuce and meat. No guac, no crema, and no beans. Ralibertos does it better and for half the price

It's good food but way overpriced. Every time we go we get the same thing, 2 tacos beans and soda and for some reason it's a different price every time. It's about $20 bucks for just that. It's the only decent restaurant in the mall!!! People will constantly go there, your profits will be fine!!!???
Such a shame that I tipped before tasting my food! Horrible service workers seemed angry. Definitely don't need to eat here ever again.

Where do I start? This place is one of the worst Mexican fast food restaurants in CALIFORNIA first off the meat is super dry, I ordered a burrito and the whole thing just came apart because apparently they have no clue how to wrap a burrito! They forgot to put the enchiladas in my order which I'm kinda glad because I can only image the disappointment they did in fact put some rice that was so over cooked it literally melted in your mouth (and not in a good way). The alpastor tacos were flavorless and the microwaved tortillas did not make it any better, the tortas were the only decent food on my order but not good enough to make me wanna ever go back there.

truly a Humboldt County staple! had the asada tacos with rice and beans, and they were delicious. I remember as a small child loving their horchata from here… over 20 years later, it’s still the same! ??
