To qualify my review I am a chef and restauranteur. The service was great. That is because the server was great. The atmosphere and cleanliness was very lacking. The men's bathroom was horrible and I don't say that lightly. It was impossible to breathe in it. And the floors and urinals were disgusting. I reported it but didn't seem to be much of a concern to the management. It took a long time for it to get that bad it didn't just happen. If we wouldn't have ordered already I would have left. The women's was reported to be just fine by my wife and daughter. We just had our appetizer and drinks and left. The pretzel was frozen (to be expected) but badly prepared. The whole place felt gross and sticky. The brewery is great the cafe is resting on its laurels and needs to be paid attention and not taken for granted. My three stars is because I like you guys a lot. If I weren't familiar with your beer and food I would have given it one star. Contact me with any questions.Chef Willoughby

Very loud and very busy. Service was better than any other time I've been in there. Wait time for food was a bit much, but the server checked in and explained and apologized for the wait.

We always have the best service whenever we eat here! I just recently discovered I have a gluten intolerance, and it has made going out to eat more difficult. Lost Coast has gluten free buns from Arise Bakery, and they were really decent as far as GF bread goes. I was so psyched to be able to eat a burger again!! And the cherry cider is so good. We ate at the bar and the bartender Marcus was phenomenal.

Lost Coast is a great Brewpub! Have been wanting to come to Eureka for the past few years just to try them out and finally got the chance. The Hazy IPA and Scotch Ales were delicious and they also make excellent burgers. Try the Cowboy, a bacon, cheddar BBQ burger!Vegetarian options: Beyond patty subs, tofu as a protein option for salads, etc.

Every year we stop here when we're in a Eureka doing our taxes. This year we were completely disappointed. The quality of the food seems to have gone a little downhill. More specifically the gluten free buns. It came out and we were shocked that they would serve it at all. It was so hard my husband couldn't even Cut through it with a knife. As he attempted to do so he flung fries all over the table. I sent mine back and requested a reg bun since mine is only a preference and not an allergy. My husband didn't even eat his bun. They ended up charging us for all 3 buns. So $60 later for two hamburgers/regular fries and 2 iced teas. Needless to say we will be finding another location to dine for our annual trip down.

Food was decent but the staff were pretty killer, our waitress was fun and personable and went out of her way when the kitchen overlooked part of our order (honest mistake, no harm no foul). Really cool that they have a few arcade cabinets. We played some pinball and had a lot of fun. The boy's bathroom had a chalkboard above the urinals. I think that the chalk board is a great ideas and more places should do it.

Good award-winning locally made beer and a varied food menu. I found a delicious salad and clam chowder with no bacon. Since firefighters are so important, I'm pointing to their coats that adorn the walls of the Lost Coast Brewery restaurant.

Food is excellent here. Service is decent, just don't expect more than basic table service. Beers on drought is the main draw - would recommend and will return.
