l've given this place multiple chances, but each visit has been disappointing. I ordered Baja fish tacos online and got grilled fish instead-twice. I just took them the second time because I didn't want to argue, but the tortillas tasted old, stale and had a crunch to them which is never a good sign for a soft taco. On another visit, my mom tried the chile relleno burrito, and it was mostly rice with hardly any beans or chile relleno. For the high prices, the food quality is just not worth it.

we sat outside because we brought the dogs. Took forever somebody come out there, brought chips and hot sauce and the menu. Got an hors d’oeuvre and quesadilla for the dogs.. good margaritas kinda hard to get some napkins. Got her hot queso and chorizo dip with no chips. And the chips got their queso was cold. Burritos were excellent just at Service area really sucked.

Very disappointed.....food was cold and different from the last time I was there. I had brought guests that had never been and I was disappointed in the food brought to them. Also paid $7.00 for a desert size bowl of guacamole.

Me and my friend came from out of town. We chose Luis’s as our first restaurant to try in Eureka. Fernando was an amazing server. He was so sweet and very attentive. The margaritas are stellar and the food tastes even better. If you are looking for some good authentic Mexican food then you have to go here. 10/10🤩 Thank you!! 🙏
Solid 2 star. Went here with my brother and the food was miserable. We both got the lunch special and it was a mistake. The burrito had just scraps of asada and a lot of uncooked bell pepper. The bottom was so soggy and poorly wrapped you had to cut it, but the tortilla was dried out and stiff. We both got drinks that were watery and definitely skimpy on the alcohol. Never going here again.

If you want a plain chimichunga with just shell and some plainly seasoned meat in it then go for it. Had a small amount of lettuce and guacamole on the side. No cheese or anything inside.
